He is that guy.
So, uh, a few things. First of all, instead of copy+pasting an entire battle log Pokemon Online style, Showdown lets you share replays after battles have concluded with the upload and share replay button, like this; https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8randombattle-1039295665

Also I don't really want to sound elitist or anything but like, if you're going to post replays you should try to get some replays higher up on the ladder. Below 1600s is generally considered the lower ladder and replays from there usually aren't going to show off your team's strengths or highlight its weaknesses, as most opponents in that range aren't going to be highly competent battlers. Your replay seems to be posted from a fresh alt. I can find replays of me sweeping with Castform on a fresh alt, that doesn't really mean the team I was using was any good.

Second of all, for an OU team you're really not using a lot of OU Pokemon. Were it not for Toxapex and Mega Alakazam I'd assume this team was for UU. The problem with this is that you can use flat out better variants of a lot of Pokemon on your team in OU. There's very little reason to run Haxorus over Garchomp, Gyarados, or even Salamence, there's very little reason to run Infernape over a myriad of other balance breakers who do his job better and don't lose to the Pokemon with the highest usage in the tier, and there's almost no reason at all to use Blissey over Chansey in a Dugtrio/Shadow Tagless metagame.

The most glaring problem I see with your team is that Scarf Landorus-Therian literally 6-0s you by clicking Earthquake. Even non-Scarf variants outpace most of your team, and you have exactly 0 Ground resists. Losing to the most common Pokemon in the tier is obviously a huge problem, but even beyond Landorus-Therian you also have major problems with pretty much all other Ground-types, along with a nice helping of other sweepers and breakers like Kartana, Mega Mawile, Mega Medicham, and Kyurem-B.

The next problem is your sets. A lot of them are... less than optimal. Haxorus is the most glaring example. Why are you running Low Kick and Superpower? Why are you not running a STAB? Why run both a Ground move and a Fighting move (well, 2 Fighting moves...) when they get largely redundant coverage on a Pokemon who really can't afford to give up moveslots for redundant coverage? Why Swords Dance over Dragon Dance (or even double Dance)?

Toxapex should be running Scald over Sludge Wave. Scald and Knock Off are really the only attacking moves Toxapex ever has any business using. Its offensive stats are pathetic, but the secondary effects from those two moves are enough to annoy most switchins alone. I'm also a bit hesitant to ever run Toxapex without Haze, but I don't think that's really your biggest problem here.

I honestly don't see a way to rework this team into an OU-viable team without basically overhauling the entire thing, so unfortunately that's going to have to be my recommendation; start from scratch. Smogon's OU Viability Rankings thread is an excellent place to gauge the overall effectiveness and commonness of the Pokemon you're going to see in OU, which can help you decide what to use and what to prepare for. Before you build a new team, decide what kind of team you want to build. This team looks like a weird attempt at balance, but half a stall team and half a hyper offense team slapped together a balance does not make. You'd have been better off dropping Toxapex and Blissey and running a full HO team as right now they mostly act as momentum sinks (if something like Mega Medicham or Landorus-Therian gets in against either one, you're picking a Pokemon to sac every time), or reworking your team to actually have a functional defensive core that can switch into more different threats and running a proper balance team, but the former option still leaves your team with a whole host of other problems, and the latter option requires you to rework major portions of your team.

It honestly looks great to me I'd give it a 9.5/10.

The only change I would make is to add a physical wall like Heracross or Milotic.

Blissey being a special wall is a genius idea and I never used her because her defense is so low.

Can anyone actually stop Shiny Haxorus?
