Ok you completly misunderstood, but that's ok. Emperuto meant that A LEAD with STEALTH ROCK would be beneficiary to your team, as it is to any team. It is by far the #1 most important support move in the metagame today. 12.5% damage on every switch? Yes please.

I pesonally don't like SR leads because that's what everyone is preparing for these days. I like aggresive leads, because I feel that a 1-0 advantage off the bat is more imporatant than SR, but that's me. Your call.

well your charizard is pretty standard so theres not much to rate.

but as to your sceptile....

put all of his hp into speed well obviously not 4 evs. because you want him as fast as he can be. . personally i'd choose dragon claw over outrage because on sceptile outrage isn't powerful enough for him to use it and not be owned by someone switching in with a resistance

If you don't use Charizard as your lead, you would need a Rapid Spinner and you would then need to cut one of your pokes.

Flygon is rediculously overrated.

Here are some things to look at, Espeon is so very outclassed in OU and thus it should be changed. You have the makings of a decent SS team, and so you can easily replace Espeon with Tyranitar or Hippowdon; both of which can lead your team well.

For the last slot you would incorperate some form of MixSweeper. I believe you don't understand a lot of the environment from competitive battling since you not only didn't recognize SR but said it wasn't a good move which shows you have little to no experience. For this, it would be better if you atleast looked into what the environment is like and then try and find the right MixSweeper.

Why would we copy terrible sets?

HP on Cloyster made me laugh. You also have no Ev's on either of your sets, so we can't help you without just giving you sets. That Torkoal is almost the definition of 'it doesn't work'.

Yes, it's for standard OU battles. And here are my choices of Shaymin so far.

Timid 3 / 14 / 14 / 12 / 7 / 30 / HP Steel 59
Timid 17 / 29 / 10 / 18 / 3 / 26 / HP Fire 68

Which one do you think I should use? And what speed should I aim for with each?

Something like that will work for Cloyster. It shouldn't be focused about it's weaknesses, as it is too slow to kill them and usually lacks the power to OHKO them. Not to mention it's low Sp.D prevents it from being out too long. Just use it for a Spiker/Rapid Spinner.

his IVs aren't in the sky but he's pretty good.
IVs:

Atk 4-5
Def 14-15
SpA 26-27
SpD 6-7
Speed 22-23
Hidden Power Fightning 68.
what will be the best moveset for this guy? ^^

This may make people think I'm dumb, but this is a set for those without Platinum, so this is not that bad. Psychic/Fighting is only really walled by Spiritomb and Sableye and Seed Flare hits them both hard. Rest is for a quick heal before you switch out since Sleep goes away due to natural heal. If you do have Platinum, run Air Slash/Earth Power/Seed Flare/Rest.

Air Slash? i think that the SKy-Form and all Rotom Forms aren't allowed on wifi.
I mean if i'll take it to the WiFi as Sky Form it will be Land Form in the WiFi.
