Hail
Shadow Ball

I don't know whether to use Confuse Ray or Destiny Bond as a final move...

Yeah,but if it's for Competitive,Skarm will just sponge the Fire Fang.
Fire Blast is a guaranteed 2 hit-KO for Skarm iirc.

Crunch is another option. Yeah, you're walled by Skarmory, but Kuresceria and Emurit won't enjoy Crunch. Fire Blast is better, though.

Run Jolly Nature on the CB set. Staraptor is reasonably fast, but compared to some of the new pogeys, he's quite slow.

Personally, I think CB Somersaulting is best left to Glion, but Mukkuhawk is a decent choice. Oh, and for the Gabu set, stick Sub on. It prevents counters such as Weaville, 'cause when they break your Sub (which can be 101) you break them.

In think Fire Fang is best on Gabby, because Dootakun will just sponge up Fire Blasts and you'll have nothing to boost it, while you do for Fire Fang, Swords Dance.
