Yes. All the punches can work in the attack slots (Even Focus)

TPunch is mainly for Gyarados, who likes to sweep through teams, Starmie, who likes to blow away Spikes, and few other things, but diferenciate from standard can help you sometimes.

Silk Scarf or Leftovers in this one. Fake Out + Return 2HKOs Latios =O
Jolly is the better nature.

the kingdra one is pretty good but bounce isn't the best for rapidash, you could go double kick or iron tail instead of bounce (jolly nature)

I'll probably go w/ Iron Tail instead of double kick. (I'd rather not have to EV train another one)

Dark Pulse may work, but Sucker Punch/Pursuit are superior.
Flinch rate it gives to you is useless. Sucker Punch can KO Gengar, Azelf and stuff, Pursuit will nail fleeing things, most likely Starmie, and even Gengar or Azelf.

Will-o-wisp and Careful nature for the same surposes as Dusknoir, take hits from both sides.

Pain Split for an unrealiable, but effective, recovery method.

To avoid things set up on you, you can use Taunt in one of the two dark moves. It'll also make Skarmory useless and will give some more spikes damage to opponent.
