What is a good moveset for a Milotic? BUT please do not suggest the Rest talker set because i hate the unreliability of it.

HP fight is very hard to get, also Spiritomb isn't a sweeper, it's more of a staller/annoyer, so best go with Calm Mind, WoW, STAB and Pain split or something else.
