shiny meta , that set looks pretty good and can help infernape especially in a double battle.

Aiko-Chan
Mesprit
Timid @ leftovers
-Calm Mind
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic
works very well

Hylan Knight the gallade looks good and i'd say adamant would be better (must be with choice band)

Aiko- Chan
cresselia
Timid @ leftovers
-Calm Mind
-Psychic
-Moonlight
-Ice Beam
this is a sweeper and also a good tank.

Roserade
Timid @ Choice Specs
-Leaf Storm
-Sludge Bomb
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fire

Swords Dance
Leaf Blade
Psycho Cut
Brick Break

Special Sweeper
Porygon-Z
Modest
Adaptablity
Life Orb
252 Sp. Atk, 130 HP, 128 Spd
Nasty Plot
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Tri Attack

Give Gallade Night Slash instead of Leaf Blade, and put most of its special defense EV's in hit points instead. You can leave about 20 EV's in special defense. The other 236 should go in hit points.

Give Porygon-Z 252 speed EV's, and you'll be doing it a big favor.

I'm thinking about using a Choice Specs Golduck for UU battles, but I'm not entirely sure which Hidden Power to use.

Golduck@Choice Specs
Timid Nature/Modest Nature
252 SPA/252 SP/4 HP

Surf
Ice Beam
Psychic
Hidden Power [Electric/Grass]

Would it be better to run Hidden Power Grass for the heavy hit on Quagsire, Whiscash, Relicanth, and other [water/ground]/[water/rock] types, or should I go with Hidden Power Electric for the added hit on Pelipper and Mantine?

I've recently caught a Gastly!
Shocker, no?
Lol.
I need a good moveset for it, that doesn't require ages of breeding, preferably none at all, but I will breed if needed.

Gengar@Life Orb/Expert Belt
Timid Nature
252 SPA/252 SP/6 HP

Hypnosis
Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Energy Ball/Focus Blast

or...

Gengar@Choice Specs
Timid Nature
252 SPA/252 SP/6 HP

Shadow Ball
Thunderbolt
Focus Blast
Energy Ball

These two sets seem viable to me. All of Gengar's competitive options are pretty much TM and level up moves.

Gengar@petaya berry
modest nature
252 atk, 252 speed, 6 hp
Sludge bomb
shadow ball
thunderbolt
substitute/energy ball/ focus blast/ hypnosis

help with the 4th move would be appriciated

mew..

check MY gengar please.

Gengar@Life Orb
modest nature
252 Spatk, 252 speed, 6 hp
Focus Blast
shadow ball
thunderbolt
hypnosis

That will probably work out better than using a Substitute set, unless you decide to go for a SubPunch Gengar.

Volteon

Back I guess??
Elly ftw! Among the best Gengar's moveset (But make it Timid)

It can also have Choice Scarf with Modest nature or Specs with Timid and HP Ice in place of Hypnosis.

You can actually keep Hypnosis on the Choice sets, since you'd most likely be doing a hit and run anyway.

Also Sludge Bomb is pretty bad on Gengar, Hidden Power [Ice], Energy Ball, or Focus Blast is better in almost all cases.

ok ill go with focus blast so i guess its better now

The King of Ho-oh's

<---- Newest Shiny
Shendinja
Lonely
Ev's: 252 Atk, 252 Spd

Moveset:
X-Scissor
Shadow Claw
Protect
Dig/Aerial Ace

I need a good moveset for a Shendinja, I can't breed
for one. Does Focus Sash or Focus Band work for
Shendinja?

Swords Dance and Will-o-wisp in the last two slots please!

And Focus Sash is much better in Shedinja. So yes, it works. it's like a second life.

Back I guess??
Sure it does! And in case you don't know, to give Shedinja Swords Dance you have to evolve Nincada at level 25 and teach Ninjask the move.
