wats the best of the 3 G/S/C starters to choose from when you complete the pokedex

Every starter got its weakness and resistance's ..
The same go's with Stats..

It all depends on what you already got in your team.
Example:

If you mostly got grass type pokemon in your team, i suggest you take
Totodile ..

i have no certain type in my party. i use:
houndoom [dark/fire]
staryu [water]
Gardevoir [psychic]
regice [ice]
latios [dragon/psychic]
blaziken [fire/fight]

I'd suggest a Chikorita then.

Since u have no Grass type in your party.
You also dont have water type's, but Regice
knows some water attacks i suppose?

Chikorita is also a good annoyer,
Use it too Poison/Sleep/Paralyze etc.

I choose Chikorita, and actually, miraculously got a Bold one, although I already had all of them (I love Mt. Battle.).

But, go with the starter-type you don't have on your team yet.
