Okay, here's my latest Battle Frontier Team, Please don't suggest different natures for Registeel and Latios, I can't get another.

Registeel, Adamant, Leftovers
HP Steel, Rock Slide, Earthquake,Explosion
EV trained in Attack, Defense and Sp. Defense

Typhlosion, Adamant, Choice Band
Brick Break, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Overheat
EV trained in attack and speed

Latios, Naive, Scope Lens
Dragon Claw, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam
EV trained in Sp. Defense and Sp. Attack

Registeel is the Tank, I use Explosion when it's going to faint. Typhlosion is my Physical sweeper, I could've made it a special sweeper, but it has 280 attack compared to 230 sp. attack. The choice band makes these moves even stronger. Overheat is a move that I use when I need to, Sp. Attack power doesn't influence the damage that much. Latios has 285 Sp. Defense, even with the naive nature it can withstand Ice attacks. It's my special sweeper with 345 Sp. Attack. I don't use Calm Mind because I already used it for a different pokemon.

That's because Adamant nature raises Attack and lowers Special Attack.
