Maybe people should wait for confirmation of the Red Gyarados having another ability then guessing. We know, for a fact, Gyarados has Intimidate, so for now, the Red Gyarados has intimidate.
This is a topic discussed before and already stopped, but oh well...
It's rumored that the Red Gyarados is going to have a special ability other than Intimidate. Because it was raining now in Lake of Rage unlike before, many people speculate it's Drizzle. But many people want it to be Volt Absorb so this Gyarados would be so haxxorz and it won't be affected by Electric attacks.
Can we stop discussing the issue now? Let's just stick with the fact it has Intimidate for now, okay?

It's an apparently new set of mini-games that are probably located west of the radio tower in Goldenrod City. There's racing and moon-bouncing. There are reported to be 9 in all, but only 2 have been shown and confirmed. Oh well, let's wait for the updates XD

IIRC Team Rocket was using that machine to force the Magikarps to evolve, not to make them shiny.

And I'm of the opinion that Gyarados won't have a new Trait. Its raining there simply because they want to place weather ingame. Nothing else.

I'm Japanese, and that is a really, really, REALLY true fact XD
And I'm also against the fact of the Gyarados with a new ability. I mean, there were Routes in Sinnoh and Hoenn that were raining perpetually, it doesn't mean all Pokemon there had Drizzle as their ability, right?
Okay, we're getting REALLY off-topic now. As much as I like those kinds of things, I think we should seriously stop discussing about it...let's just go back to the topic...

In all likelihood, it's just generic members shadowed out to show that they are in big numbers.
Sorry to just jump on the bandwagon, but I think Giovanni will be making some appearances in HGSS. AKA one of the silhouette figures. First of all, they've been hinting it on the official website with the information about him. Why include it if he doesn't really have anything to do with the game, as shown in G/S? Secondly, adding Giovanni would greatly improve the story line and possibly tie up the very many loose ends stemming from G/S. Personally, I'd like to see him only in Kanto, just to keep the nostalgia of Johto and provide more game time after the Elite Four.
