• Hi all
Just a notice, we recently discovered that someone got into a moderator account and started hard deleting a load of key and legacy threads...around 150 threads have been lost dating back to 2007 and some weeks ago so we can't roll the forums back.
Luckily no personal data could be accessed by this moderator, and we've altered the permissions so hard deleting isn't possible in the future
Sorry for any inconvenience with this and sorry for any lost posts.

I am just hoping that there might be some way of avoiding the triple battles, much like you can avoid many double battles in DPPtHGSS.

The blue and yellow pokemon with the ghost-y arms looks like a sarcophagus of some sort (I think that's how it's spelled/called).

The mole pre-evo looks cute enough, but its evolution doesn't look all that great in my opinion; it's that shield thing on its head that bugs me.

Not a big fan of the three pokemon together, either. The middle one kind of looks like Heatran, but, like, the cave version. Like there's a bunch of stalactites protruding from its body. I think it's the legs.

Soooooooo, anywho, I'm probably wrong, but does anyone else think that giant yellow thing looks like it could be a Kricketune evolution?

What the **** GameFreak?

I initially had no issue with Zoroark, and the starters came and I thought, "Ok, these aren't bad." Zekrom and Reshiram showed up and I didn't really like it, but I hardly use Legends anyway. The next seven came, and I thought, "The chinchilla's cool, maybe the Desert Croc, but everything else is standard other Pokemon I won't use." But these Pokemon are ABSURD. I'm seriously on the edge of whether or not Pokemon is about to jump the shark completely (Those characters that were shown don't help either).

As for Triple battles, I really hope that there aren't many of them. Double is fine; Three on a side is a true crowd.

Dude, don't knock it till you've tried it you know. Glass half full for me, I;m looking foward to how this effects the metagame.

Rev up those fryers
So we have...

-a green ghost
-a rock thing
-a tall black creepy one
-a sarcophugus (sp?)
-a tarantula
-a small mole
-a big mole
-and some big yellow thing

Coming Ta Town
Maybe it'll take a while to get used to, but the emo thing is a total travesty. The Heatran/Probopass fusion looks like it was designed in a distracted 4th grader's notebook during english class.

Rev up those fryers
-The rock thing has Nosepass/Probopass's coloring
-The black thing is bizarre. O_O It looks like a human girl's face on some black blocks.
-I get a very egyptian vibe from all these.

The new pokemon I liked from the trailer is the dragon looking thing. That thing is pretty awesome. The rest are kind of lame in my opinion but I want to see the artwork for them.

Shiny get!
Well. This is interesting.

By and large, I'm happy with the new Pokemon. The moles, the big green bug, Probo-Tran, most everything else... All good in my book. The only thing I'm on the fence about is the green cloud ghost thing, but I'll wait for the artwork.

I'm mildly impressed by the new pokes. The dragon thing, the spider, the rock-thing, and the sarcaphogus are growing on me. I'm really optimistic about the new generation. Although I'm curious as to the mechanics for triple battles...Any ideas?

The Underdog
At the moment, the only one I don't like is the huge mole... Other than that, they look fine. I thought these were Fakemon at first, though >.>

Mawile412

Problem
The red and blue thing looks like a nosepass spilt evolution!

O_O is the creepy black thing a mawile evolution? I would be so... ashamed.

Me too. I looked at it and thought that there was no way that these were new Pokemon. Granted, I wasn't expecting new info until mid-July. But I figured it has to be legitimate for Serebii to post it.

Triple battles? fml

The dragon centipede is one sexy beast, though. Who else thinks it could be this gen's pseudo-legend powerhouse?

Dude, calm down. As of now, only 22 Pokemon have been officially revealed.

Here are my opinions on the new Pokemon:

Baby mole - Can't make a good observation off it's back sprite alone, but it doesn't look too bad.
Big Mole - Doesn't look too bad.
Mantis Dinosaur - Looks cool.
Sarcophagus - I can't really judge this one either because of the back sprite, but it looks promising.
Tarantula - Again, not going to be able to judge clearly, but I like it.
Green blob - Reminds me of Rotom. Sorta cool.
Rock thing - Pretty awesome. It looks like it's pure Rock.
Doll thing - Don't really care for it that much. It's not bad, but it's not my sort of thing.

Looking pretty good. I might have to start my new info fasting a bit early :).
