That is not how it would be enforced. If you were caught for some other type of cyber crime or porn crime [whatever] and your computer was taken as evidence and they found it, then you would just be charged for the cartoon CP on top of whatever your initial crime was.

I highly doubt they hacked into a government database. Maybe they hacked the website but thats completely different. And what you said before about tracking their IP address isnt so simple. Its easy to hide your IP and whose to say that Anonymous is even in America. If they arent then the FBI has no jurisdiction over them

Now, I understand the reasoning for the ban...but...

Hentai is fake. If people cannot split real from fake pornography they have issues.
One of the reasons child porn is banned in most countries, is cuz it usually infringes a child's free will or lack of judgement. If that is the case, they better damn well ban furry porn since animal's have no free will or judgement either. Same thing, exploitation.

I in no way support/demonize any form of hentai, but in fact encourage the ban if the goal is to protect children. I am just stating my view on this matter as a whole.
