We have had reports of member's signatures being edited to include malicious content. You can rest assured this wasn't done by staff and we can find no indication that the forums themselves have been compromised.
However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.
We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.
I need some help here. The painter won't paint my Milotic for winning the Beauty Master Rank contest. He has already painted my Armaldo (for winning Cool contest), Grimer (for winning Tough contest), Grumpig (for winning Cute contest), and Kirlia (for winning Smart contest) so what am I doing wrong with Milotic?
I think that you have to get over five hearts (final judgement) from the crowd in order to get a painting. I did this on my old Sapphire game with my Crobat (Cool), but forgot to get a painting of it and restarted.
I would make it run again. If still no results, then come back and ask.

Armaldo (cool) ~ Bright flashing glows (looks like Focus Punch when hit).
Grumpig (cute) ~ Pink background with hearts and circles.
Kirlia (smart) ~ Mountains, trees, and water.
Grimer (tough) ~ Swirly waves.
I think that you need 5 hearts for appeals, at least that's what happenned in experience.

That would be because your appeals earned you 5 or more hearts. Saying that it worked for you is like saying that because your exam paper had your name on it, you did well. =P

Apart form the statue, you get an additional star by your name and your trainer card is upgraded, since getting 5 paintings of your Pokémon in various contests is one of the 4 fundamental trainer achievements.
4 fundamental trainer achievements in R/S:
(for each you get your trainer card upgraded)
1. Beating the Elite 4
2. Getting 50 consecutive wins in battle tower
3. Having 5 paintings made at Lilycove art museum
4. Completing the Pokedex (I'm uncertain whether you need to have Jirachi and Deoxys)
U need to win master rank and get the bar full at the end.Thats wat i did and he always painted them.Also u cant use the same poke for 2 paintings.for example:if he paints a milotic for beauty he cant paint it for smart.hope i helped!
