So I wondered, would I do better with the everyday OU pokemon, rather than trying to be slightley diffrent with Cradily, Flygon, and such? Well, let's see.

Team requires no explanation, as it is all regular standards, with standard sets.
I had Jirachi in place of Zapdos to begin with for wish support, but then I have a small swampert weak.

A lot of your pokemon's EVs make my eyes hurt.

Salamence needs enough for 270 speed, take some out of HP.
Zapdos doesn't need max speed. Enough for 270 should be enough.
Where is Recover on Starmie? Give it Rapid Spin as you'll need it.
Shouldn't that be CBGross? RS > Sludge Bomb. And EVs should be max atk, enough for 342 HP, rest in Def at adamant.
Lax needs more HP.

T-tar isn't doing a lot for your team. Get a better normal/fly resist. No sleep absorber, make lax or zapdos one.

No effective way of stopping T-tar.
