I want to join! I like to cook and as FLYGON'S SANDSTORM said I can make pretty much anything with directions.

Yeah, I love cooking. I usually improvise, but I need a LOT of pratice....

But still, with directions, I can do anything.

So what are some of your favorite recipies?

What are some of your favorite recipies?
Mine would be tempting noodle stir fry:

Ingredients:

Noodles
>Hokkien Noodles
>Uncooked Lamb

Dressing
>2 table spoons of Peanut butter
>2 table spoons of sweet chili sauce
>3 tablespoons of soy sauce
>1/2 a can of 375ml can of evaporated milk

Method:

Lamb:
>Fry until golden brown

Noodles:
>Stir fry noodles until hot and cooked
>Mix together with lamb

Dressing:
>Mix together all ingredients until a paste
>Add to noodles

Preparation / Final Touches / Optional Ingredients: For a more spicy dish, add 4tbl spoons of sweet chili sauce. You may add celery, leek, anything to make a salad stir fry

Serves : 3-4

has anyone ever tried butter cookies?I make really tasty ones,I forgot the recipe,but I made some fo my class and they loved it.

Yeah, I've had butter cookies. Those are tasty, but they're awfully crumbly.

Same here! I haven't been there in a while though. I'm not some master chef but when I make things there they don't taste too bad, sometimes they taste pretty darn good lol

I'll join, I stink at cooking but I love to do it. I also watch Iron chef (Japan), Ham on the street, Good eats, 40$ a day, all that good stuff!
