I nicknamed Salamence 'Salamance' because that's how I pronounce it.

Hehehe...I nicknamed my Delcatty on XD 'Kittycrap', since that's essentially all it is. It's not that cool, I know, but whatever.

I nicknamed all of my Pokemon..nothing cool though. Tangela=Tango, Rapidash=Starlight, Ursaring=Griz, Vaporeon=Jet, Dragonite=Dynamite, and I left my Lugia.

By the way, does anyone know how to pronounce Zaprong? It's the Elekid in the game. I currently pronounce it as Zay-prong, not sure if it's correct or not.

Yep, all named after Sonic characters. Julie-Su and Mighty are found in the Archie comics. I also have Okharaise the Lugia who was transferred to my Emerald game.

it's the two words "zap" and "prong" squished together, so i'd probably say it "zap-wrong"

(zap for electricity, and prong for the two electric-plug prongs on elekid's head)
