6, 7 and 8 have too much half-tone shading (=tethering? idk) which makes them look a little bit weird. I recall a tutorial on half-tone shading in the sticky, maybe you should look it up. The pose is definitely better than in your earlier works though.
62 and 63 are two of your better ones, I like the designs and especially the bright colors. The shading should probably a little bit more obvious though (increasing the contrast of the shades could help) and I think the legs on 63 aren't detailed enough. Speaking of this, this type of leg occurs a lot on your sprites and it just doesn't cut it imo. It's too straight, undetailed, etc... almost like they're fake, wooden legs and a lot of your sprites have this problem.
76-77 are combinations of aforementioned problems: too much half-tone shading and straight lines/shading. The pose is nice and they show some potential but you have to make them more vivid, more alive, less geometrical.
103-116 are all pretty good, some are still a bit robotic looking, but the designs are okay, the shading is passable and generally with a few touch-ups and some more practice under your belt these would look really nice. I really like the big elephant, which is a really good job (except for - again - the straight legs, pelase fix that
).
119-121 are worse, especially 121 looks flat and like a beginner's job. Sorry, not a fan of these.
123-143 are a mixed bag: some are really good (the steel horse is awesome!), most are decent and some suffer from straight-legs (I'm sure you can see which ones I mean by now).
145 is one of your best imo. Good, yet simple, design with nice shading and none of the problems your other sprites have. The eyes should be a little bit more 'expressed imo' since I believe eyes are key in defining a sprite's identity and yours is kind of trying not to show its eyes. Still, I really like it.
One I also really liked, but wasn't on the 'new' list is 133. Pretty much superb shading there, on a really cool design and I'm pretty impressed by how you scratched the abs, they're very well done.
Didn't have much time so I only adressed the biggest problems, sorry for not going in-depth. General thing I'd like you to do: please learn the difference between straight lines and leg curves
.
