Probably the coolest looking from me is shiny Mewtwo, even with all that electronic crap xD. Also Scyther looks cool.

I think the best improvement from the original R/B to FR/LG would be Farfetch'd. As for the coolest... I think Nidoking looks pretty sweet, so let's go with that.

Articuno, (Shiny and non-Shiny) Charizard, Gyarados, (Shiny and non-Shiny) Sceptile, and Lugia. It's hard to chose one. They're my favorite pokemon so I think that they are all cool.
