I think Swellow and Grovyle look cool but the coolest pokemon that has cool attacks and has cool looks is Blaziken

Blaziken looks best from behind in R/S/E. I'm actually going to have to say that the sprite for Gyarados was done best in R/S/E, though it looks even better in FR/LG.

Blaziken and Grovyle look the coolest IMO, but the Kyogre sprite isn't bad either.

Gardevoir, Grovyle, Salamence, Metagross, Latios, Kyogre, Groudon, Deoxys, Milotic, Blaziken, Seviper, Zangoose and Swampert are worthy of mention, though.
