Could somebody please tell me how to breed earthquake over to pokemon as egg moves

Dont ask me what pokemon or tell me that you can get it with pick up because what I want is a general thing stating how to breed earthquake over to pokemon other than the original ones

In a nutshell, if the male Pokemon you're breeding with has a move that the baby (which is always the lowest form of the female unless you're breeding with Ditto) can learn through Egg Move or, in your case, TM or HM, the baby will be born knowing that move.
