Modest (But if you don't have it, you can't get a different nature...)

Either use STAB attacks and ice beam or thunderbolt depending on your preference, or make it a boltbeamer, with one STAB move.

Make sure you have rock head when using double-edge.

You can always substitute wow with an elemental punch, (excluding thunderpunch) or magical leaf (Learnable through FR/LG move re-learner, but it has to be a Kirlia, or it can't learn it)

It can also haze/rapid spin, but that's more suitable for a competitive team.

Return sucks without STAB. Counter could also be an option instead of Double Edge for Golem.

Latias is more defensively oriented, so she needs Recover.

Sorry i should of mentioned that I didn't put the natures because these were the first pokemon i got to lvl 100 and i didn't want to breed/train/catch new ones to get the right nature
