Some suggestions...
Dragonite
~Wing attack
~Thunderwave
~Ice beam
~Dynamic punch
Dragonite's attack power is extremely high, tied with tyranitar's for the highest in the game. Anyway, wing attack for STAB, dynamic punch to ward off ice pokemon, ice beam for dragons, and thunderwave for paralyzing the foe.
Tyranitar
~Earthquake
~Rockslide
~Crunch
~Flamethrower/fireblast
Rockslide and crunch get STAB, earthquake is a must with such high attack, and flamethrower/fireblast for type coverage and such.
Blissey
~Heal bell
~Sofboiled
~Lighscreen
~Seismic toss/ice beam
Blissey isn't really used as an attacker, its base attack stat is 10! Softboiled is needed ona pokemon with over 700 hp. Heal bell to cure status. Light screen because it needs it. I think if you trade a chansey back to RBY you can teach it seimic toss and then trade it back and evole it, but if you can't trade back to the older games, ice beam will make a fine substitution.
Meganium
~Razor leaf
~Synthesis
~Leech seed
~Light screen/reflect
Your Meganium has too many grass moves. You really only need one. Okay, so razor leaf for STAB. Synthesis to restore hp. Leech seed for constant health regain. Light screen/reflect to raise one of its defenses. If your gonna teach Blissey light screen, teach meganium reflect.
Typhlosion
~Sunny day
~Flamethrower/fireblast
~Thunderpunch
~Earthquake
Sunny day to make fire attacks stronger and to weaken water. Flamethrower/fire blast for STAB. Thunderpunch for waters and earthquake for rocks ans stuff.
Feraligatr
~Curse
~Earthquake
~Rockslide/anicient power
~Rest/roar/surf/ice beam/crunch
Unlike most water types whoose power kies in the special stats, Feraligatr emphasizes in physical stats. It has high attack and defense, but slightly less than average special stats. So, its better used as a physical sweeper. Curse to boost attack and defense (Remember, it lowers speed) and then sweep with earthquake or Rockslide/ancient power. The last move depends on what you want, rest for recovery, roar to cause switching, surf for STAB, ice beam for grasses or crunch if you want.
For hold items, go for leftovers or berries because there isn't really anything else you can find in GSC. Anyway, I'd say your team is quite good. Its good to see a team that isn't full of legendaries for once.
