    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

How do I count the exact EV's of my pokemons?....

what do you mean?

you can only count the ones you gain.
like if you fight one Numel, you get 1 SAtk EV. so you chalk up one on your tally.
