Crabrawler LC Advice

I just caught a shiny Crabrawler in Ultra Sun & I want to EV train it in case the line is added in Scarlet & Violet. I want to make it compatible for a LC format since I have no plans on evolving it into Crabominable, so I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on which EVs to train, which mint to give it, etc. I can't check it's IVs in my US game since I haven't unlocked the judge function yet, but here's the rest of the info:

Lv: 11
Nature: Gentle (would give it either an Adamant, Jolly, or Brave mint)
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVS; 252 ATK

I already maxed Crabrawler's Attack, but I'm not sure if I should max its Speed or EV train its HP & defenses. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I’d say Jolly with 252 in Speed. It has relatively decent Speed.

LC battles are done at level 5, so your Crabrawler is already over-leveled for that format.
