If you are holding the Secret Slab or Mystery Part, Shaymin will appear on the 25F of Arctic Darklands. If you are holding both, Shaymin will still appear, but in addition, Arceus will appear in Deep Arctic Darkland 17F.

Unlock Criteria: Clear Temporal Tower four times after earning Secret Rank, then enter a Wonder Mail password. The job describes the Arctic Darklands as a place "where the memory is unfolded". ( ? )

Special Terrain: Arctic Darklands: water, Deep Arctic Darklands: air

Boss: At the end of the dungeon, there is one special room, where you fight a group of nine Skarmory and nine Tyranitar, led by a Rotom in Time and a Lucario in Darkness. They are at Lv60 with 1500 HP, excluding the Lucario/Rotom, which is at Lv75 with 2500 HP.
After defeating them, an Absol appears and escorts you to a final room, where you see a strange, fleeting illusion of Grovyle and shiny Celebi that then disappears. If you have recruited Arceus, the Absol will then join your team. It is at Lv100 with maxed stats. Yes, I am biased. It is male in Time and female in Darkness.

Forbidden Wetlands

Number of floors: 25. You may not bring in money. You may not recruit any Pokemon. Cresselia is not allowed the first time you enter. ( You'll see why. )

1F - 15F: Mudkips the size of Wailords
10F - 20F: Marshtomps the size of Wailords
18F - 25F: Swamperts the size of Wailords
All are female.

Unlock Criteria: Clear Lake Afar and the Marine Resort, then take on sentry duty. These must be done right after one another, or else it will not work. The day after sentry duty, a giant Mudkip will come to Treasure Town. The residents are terrified of her. If you talk to her, she will ask you to go to the Forbidden Wetlands and discover what went wrong with their Queen. Accept, and she will leave Treasure Town, and the Forbidden Wetlands will open.

Special Terrain: Water, all floors

Boss: When you reach the end, you will meet a gigantic Swampert Queen who insists on giving you a hug. However, Cresselia intervenes and cures the Queen of her strange Hugging Disease. The grateful Queen then allows you to use her Wetlands as a training ground, battling her oversized subjects. Every time afterwards that you clear the dungeon and visit her, she gives you a Reviver Seed.

If you read the entire thing with no skips, have a virtual cookie.

Notes: All floors are one massive room, you get an escape orb on first floor, along with two golden apples. Also, the ability to reach over lvl 100, but it returns you to level 100. Also, to be fair, nothing will be lost if you die =)

The Omega Pit is the most dangerous dungeon of all, Arceus locked it away to saved any wanderers from a gruesome journey.

Number of floors: 50-50 (halfway point inbetween)
Pokemon that appear there: All, except legends, Lucario family, Magnemite family, and Oddish (thats why this dungeon is so odd X3)
Unlock Criteria: Must have completed Zero Isle (any) also must have Master Rank
Lava/Water/Air?: All, including Energy(electric and ground only) and light (psychic and dark only)
Boss: Corrupted Pokemon (Evil Arceus) and dark versions of yourself

At the midway point, you find 2 pokemon frozen solid, Flygon and Dragonite, who were members of Lucario's Rescue Team! (zomg!) Using the Fire Gem found at the start of the dungeon, (it's like the heart of Groudon, you can't get rid of it) you un-freeze them, and they say that Lucario went deeper into the dungeon.

At the last floor, Corrupted Arceus creates a dark version of you and your partner, whom you must defeat. Then, you must defeat Arceus. After doing that, you find Lucario bound by Light/Enegry, and the defeat of Arceus breaks the bonds. You are rewarded with the Lucario Rank! It gives you limitless storage, and a 10 page treasure bag. Also, you get a 50% discount on all payments. Finally, you get to keep 90% of the money from missions.

4. Go to Luminous Spring, The Sunstone Works but The MoonStone Doesn't Work. The Voice Tells you That you need a special kind of moonstone. Jigglypuff Gives you the moonstone back.
5. Talk to Duskull And he will tell you about MOONSHINE CAVE and that Clearify knows how to unlock it.
6. Do Sentry Duty And while doing that Clearify Appears. Talk to Him and he'll tell you that he wants a moonstone. Then he'll tell you more after he's evoled.
7. The next day you talk to Clefable In Luminous Springs and he'll tell you Where MOONSHINE CAVE is and that there is a difficult boss at the top.
8. Go to MOONSHINECAVE...

Unlock Criteria: After You defeat Deoxys in space, Palkia will appear and point out the near by black hole that turns out to be a dungeon. You start out at a save point while Palkia goes ahead of you.
Lava/Water/Air?: That stuff is in Chasm Cave that is basically air.
Boss: none
Restrictions: cannot explore after beating the first time, cannot recruit Pokemon here.
At the end, Palkia will shoot a hyper beam and destroy the black hole from the inside. He will then take your team back to earth.

Boss: Girnatina (Shadows), Girantina (Normal) Girnatina (Origin)

Notes: All pokemon in this dungeon are unrecruitable. Girantina is recruited in a cut-scence after beating Origin Form. On floors 10, 20, 30, 40, and Ancient Crypt 20, there shall be 1 Delux Box, instead of the boss. On floors 10, 20, 30, 39, 40, and Ancient Crypt 19 and 20, you cannot be Freind Rescued.
