Unlock Criteria: Beat the story, and DONT recruit Lugia, When the text "The next morning..." appears, Alakazam will rush to your house and talk about a cave, full of water, with an open passage, he says that that cave holds a secret, so he tells u 2 explore that Kv.

The Water Spout
Floors: 35 + Water Spout Peak 15
Pokemon: Same as Silver Trench.
Unlock criteria: once u beat the spout cave, you reach a waterspout, you enter it, but get struck by a strong gust of wind, and land in pokemon square. alakazam was appauled about that result, he gives you the Teleport Gem to take you into the spout.
Music: S.K.S. 1-35F, W.S.P: Mt Freeze 1-15F.
Last Floor: A save point, and a whirlwind, you have a strange feeling that it leads somewhere, you jump into the whirlwind, sending you to the.............

Iceberg
Floors: Up: 30 Floors, Down: 10 Floors.
Pokemon: Up: Same as mt freeze. Down: same as Silver Trench.
Unlock criteria: you get blown to the iceberg, to return, you must know Teleport, u unlock it by beating the water spout.
Music: up: mt freeze. down: Mt freeze peak.
Boss: up: u see a rainbow, ho-oh appears, he is lvl 90. Down: a jet of water appears, it is lugia, he comes at lvl 100.

Moves: lugia.

Unlock Criteria: Get all 3 star swap items; species and type
Lava/Water/Air: All 3; water the first 33 floors, lava the next 33, and air until end of the dungeon
Boss: Arceus
After you beat Arceus, you get the option to make the ultimate swap item, Heaven's Spear. The catch is that getting it requires you to swap every single 3 star swap item (if you have doubles of any, you don't lose the extras).
The item's effect: All attacks are treated as super effective, even when the target would normally be immune. Keep in inventory to give effects to each of these members: all species

Title: Rainbow Cove
How to Unlock: Clear all 4 Zero Islands
Number of floors: 5 (all pokemon are very strong in level, 90-100)
Water,Lava,Air: A lot of air, no walls.
Boss: After you beat the 5th floor, you'll go into the first room which has Uxie, Mesprite and Azelf, after beating them a door will open to the next room with Articuno, Zapzos, and Moltres. Then Entei, Suicune, Raikou. And finally Mew and Mewtwo.
Prize: Not to mention the fact that you can recruit some powerful legendaries, you also get the Rainbow Orb, as long as you carry it, you can now find shiny pokemon in dungeons. Rarely though, not all over the place.

Number of floors: 50, each only 1 room, but 10 pokemon. everytime you go up a room, the pokemon go up a lv. upon entering the 20 room, you will find poliwhirls and poliwags, instead of just poliwags.
Pokemon that appear there: poliwag, poliwhirl
Unlock Criteria: have a lv 50 or higher poliwrath on your team. the day after when you get out of your partners house, poliwrath tells you about croakland and that there's a problem going on. it shows you it on the wonder map. if you go to the guild, a cutscene will happen with team happy. togepi will exclaim that politoad is missing. you will then be sent to croakland, and jobs will be paralized until you find politoad. poliwrath will also join you as you cannot bring anyone else until you bring back politoad.
Lava/Water/Air?: water
Boss: politoad lv. 80 after you beat him, he will be freed from his spell, and thaking you with 1000 poke that you dont have to share, a blue gummi, and a deluxe box. inside the deluxe box will be a random swap card for croagunk. if you go to togepi after, she will give you a friend bow. and poliwrath will thank you by giving you a gummi of your choice (exept for wonder gummi)
