Unlock Criteria: Complete all four Zero Island Dungeons and beat the final final boss. (Not spoiling the real game)
First-time note: Your leader must be a Leafeon (Well, if you want a new recruit...)
Restrictions: You must have your two starters, and if Leafeon isn't your leader, your starter that was human must be leader. No other Pokemon (barring Leafeon the first visit) is allowed.
Lava/Water/Air: Water
Boss: "Team Flora" (Level 78 Leafeon, Level 74 Bellossum, Level 67 Wormadam- Plant Cloak)

First-time notes: After beating team Flora, the leader will explain that they played too much Super Smash Bros. Brawl the forest they live in is in an aftershock state after the time distortion, and their leader, Leafeon, was once a human, but ended up in this forest due to an unknown reason. Your main character's partner then explains that your main character was once human, too, and asks if Leafeon lost its memory. Wormadam says, "I believe not." If you brought your own Leafeon, team Flora's leader will notice him/her, and will ask if he can join your team. Bellossom and Wormadam become astonished, not knowing what to do if he joins. If you say yes, you've obtained a level 60 male Leafeon! (Lol, he mysteriously levels down when you recruit him. ) Bellossum and Wormadam will not be gone! They will reside in Treasure Town, near Kecleon Mart, rooting for you and *insert the nickname of the Leafeon you obtained here*.

Unlock Criteria: Sucessfully evolved 40 pokemon and complete Seafloor Volcano (Defeat Groudon and Kyogre there)

Boss: Palkia , Dialga and Darkrai , all lv 100
Will receive 40 rare item treasure chests upon first time completion (all will be stored in kanghaskan storage regardless of remaining space)

Name:Camo Cave
Number of floors:50
Pokemon that appear there:Aggron, Kecleon, Garchomp,Froslass, Mirage Deoxys as seen in temporal tower
Unlock Criteria:Get Dialga, Palkia, and Darkrai to 10 star IQ at Level 100 with 300 hp or more by using life seeds or sitrus berries.
Lava/Water/Air?:Air up to B25F,, every other floor it switches from a Water theme to a Lava theme.
Bossurple Kecleon and Pink Celebi[may recruit one at random]
Others:Cannot be revisited since located in magma of Dark Crater after Heatran comes, no orbs may be used, and you may only recruit 1 of the Bosses.

Name: Root of All Evil
Floors: 90
Pokemon: Many Dark-types and Ghost types, as well as many fully evolved Pokemon. Among these are Honchkrow, Houndoom, Drifblim, Gengar, Electivire, Dusknoir, and Rampardos.
Criteria: Recruit 3 out of the following legends:
Mew, Lugia, Ho-oh, Celebi, Jirachi, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Cresselia, Manaphy
You must take all 3 of these on the mission. No other Pokemon are allowed.
Lava/Water/Air: Contains all 3, and not on different floors. There are some that have both Lava and Water or Air and Lava or any other combination of the 3.
Boss: Darkrai, Mewtwo, and Deoxys. You must fight all 3.
