Time Rewind (Signature move for Celebi)

Type: Normal
Category: Status
PP: 5
Power: -
Accuracy: -
Effect: Allows Celebi to gain any Stat changes from the Pokemon it was swapped in for. Say a Bisharp had a Swords Dance set-up, Time Rewind allows Celebi to copy that stat change. Although not run often, Haze would be ineffective as this move can be used again for the same stat changes.

EDIT: To avoid confusion, Time Rewind works on all stat changes in general. So even if the stat changes are only applied through Baton Pass, it will still count because it all depends on the Pokemon's stat changes before it was swapped out for Celebi.

The user manipulates time to allow it to gain help from a previous ally.
I love this!Let's say a previous pokemon has had a huge stat increase, like two sword dances,or belly drum,or speed boost or Cosmic Power, but died from whatever cause,Celebi uses the move and copies the exact same stat alterations. It could potentially be brilliant and deadly.

This is a good Signature move for Celebi. But i think it would be better to add a adverse to this move to balance it out, or else it would become too powerful.

How about it being only usable on the first turn for the pokemon (similar to Fake Out), and the move being suspectable to getting flinched (like Focus Punch).

New Abilities:

Metallic Construction
Effect: When the user is hit with a Steel-type move, the user gains 25% of its HP.

Mischief Drain
Effect:Boosts the power of Dark-type moves when hit by a Dark-move.

Socialite
Effect: boosts the power of Normal-type moves when hit by a Normal-move.

Witch Hunter:
Effect: Moves do more damage against Psychic types (+30%).

Demon Hunter:
Effect: Moves do more damage against Dark types (+30%).

Ghost Hunter:
Effect: Moves now can hit Ghost types.

Critical Spirit
Effect: When the user's HP is below 10%, the user can land an attack regardless of foe's speed or priority, if the foe's attack were to faint it, then the user's attack would land then the user would faint.

Skewed Curse
Effect: The user loses 10% of its HP each time it uses an offensive move, in return if the user's HP falls to 5% or under, it can only be fainted by passive damage (this includes if the user uses an offensive move), the upside of the ability ONLY works if the user has at least one offensive move with at least 1 PP left.

A Clover Pokémon in gen 7. With 3-leaf, 4-leaf, 5-leaf, 6-leaf and 7-leaf formes. The first one you catch, the shiny chance is increased permenantly by 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x or 7x the usual. This Pokemon replaces the Shiny Charm. Chances are not stackable. Doesn't work with MM.

I have an idea.

How about a Pokémon that's a car with a face which evolves into an RV with a face? That'd be awesome.

Reminds me of Disney's Cars though. xD

That would be soooo cute. I think it would have to be a "you have to have it in your party for it to work" sort of deal, and they'd have to make it sucky so it would seem like a trade off. Alternatively it could increase the chance of finding rare pokemon in any given area. It could be an ability called "lucky clover" or something. :333

Here is one.

Mega Magmortar.

HP: 75
Attack: 95
Defense: 67
Special Attack:200
Special Defense: 105
Speed: 108

I don't care what ability Mega Magmortar gets, but if you are gonna give Magmortar a mega evolution make sure it's one of the best special attackers in the game.

Make it happen, gamefreak.

This thing has so much coverage it's not even funny, it would be very usable with a mega.

IDEA! Based on a rant on my blog about the Unova being America, despite Lt. Surge calling himself the "Lightning American", a game combining Fallout and Pokemon. I'll call it "Pokemon: Unova Origins". It will be more "Fallout" than "Pokemon" in feel, using the same engine as "New Vegas". There will be nods at the rest of the Pokemon series, as well as the rest of the Fallout series (in fact, the GECK (Garden of Eden Creation Kit) will be a major plot-point; a "key-item", and oh, yes, the interface will be through a Pip-boy).

It is set before Black/White...quite a bit before. You are the player character and Robert (Lt. Surge, based on his French name, "Major Bob") and Cedric Juniper are your friends. Though you are dressed in what is, essentially, a Vault Jumpsuit (USA 05 on the back; the "05" as a nudge at BW/B2W2 being the 5th gen games), you can get different outfits later, either through buying them at vendors or from Fallout-style looting hostiles that want to kill you instead of battle. In the begining, you can pick from one of 17 (or maybe 18) pokemon: one from each type that is native to the Unova:

FIRE: Tepig
WATER: Oshawott
GRASS: Snivy
ELECTRIC: Tynamo
PSYCHIC: Solosis
DARK: Pawniard
STEEL: Klink
FIGHTING: Timburr
DRAGON: Axew
ICE: Vanillite
POISON: Venipede
NORMAL: Lilipup
ROCK: Roggenrolla
GROUND: Drillbur
FLYING: Pidove
BUG: Sewaddle
GHOST: Litwick

Note: those that require trading to evolve will not require trading if it is your starter.

Robert starts out, curiously, with a Pichu (as they are not native to the Unova) and Cedric has an Oshawott (as a nod at the manga). You, the player character, are fully customizable from the start: gender, ethnicity (White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, Native, Middle Eastern), hair colour, eye colour, hair-style, and the option to wear eye-glasses.

You emerge from the Vault located where the Dream Yard stands and find that two factions have started, "The True Americans" and "The Peoples of the New Land". Surge later joins the TA and Cedric (and perhaps you, as it is a foregone conclusion that America becomes The Unova) joins the PotNL. The GECK is obtained from a young Prof. Oak, as Japan has begun restructuring (but has split itself into four nations--Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh) and both sides want it. The player character ends up with it and has to decide which side gets it. That ends the game proper, but you can still wander around the Fallout-y Unova if you side with Cedric. If you side with Surge, then you are sent into exile and the game is over for you. It's the bad ending, I guess. Still working on the whole idea, but I like the notion of a Fallout-inspired Pokemon game. Maybe that's just me, though.

Mega Toxicroak
Type: Poison/Dark
Ability: Simple

HP: 83
Attack: 166
Defense: 80
Special Attack: 80
Special Defense: 80
Speed: 101
Total: 590

Toxicroak will have a much darker feel towards it. It will grow two more red claws over its blue fingers, receive an exceptional amount of height increase, and will have a darker blue as it's skin color. The fin on its head will be larger and cover part of its face.

This makes Toxicroak a pretty awesome Physical Attacker. Max Attack EVs + Swords Dance = A pretty deadly Poison Jab.

Mega Reuniclus
Type: Psychic
Ability: Sonic Switch (Pokemon switches speed with the first Pokemon it battles, permanently for the rest of the battle.)

HP: 140
Attack: 60
Defense: 85
Special Attack: 170
Special Defense: 95
Speed: 40
Total: 590

Reuniclus will grow two more long arms, and its eyes will portray an angry face. The fingers on its arms will be more like spikes now.

This makes Reuniclus a pretty awesome Psychic type to use. With my made up ability 'Sonic Switch' it makes Reuniclus more likely to get more hits in. I know it is very similar to the move Trick Room, except this ability is permanent. It has flaws too, considering if someone opens up with Reuniclus, they may get a speed that is still below average.

Personally I'd just change it so all of the always hit moves where 90 base power.

Aura Sphere exists so it's not unheard of and then maybe evasion moves would be more accepted.

Yeah, I guess I kind of agree with you on that, and it could be base 90 power, but with some drawbacks, such as recoil or having to attack last I guess..

I really didn't like Wulfric the Gym Leader in Kalos. My reaction to another Ice-type Gym Leader was disappointing. So I think a Dark-type Gym Leader would've been better.

Gym Leader: Archer the Dark-type Gym Leader
Archer is a former executive of a criminal syndicate in a faraway region (Team Rocket). He moved to Kalos and became a gym leader. He also runs casinos.

Gym: A casino-themed Gym as reference to the Celadon Game Corner/Casino.

Pokemons:
Bisharp level 57
Malamar level 58
Mega Houndoom level 60
