Since after all these years I never posted the full line, I figured I'd do it now. I do consider this line one of the best I've ever made.

    Type: Poison
    Classification: Alien Pokémon
    Height: 7'11" (2.14m)
    Weight: 136 lbs. (61.7 kg)
    Gender: 50% Male; 50% Female
Dex Entry 1: Both its teeth and the toxin it emits are strong enough to cut through steel. Recent discoveries revealed it is from another planet.
Dex Entry 2: At birth, it is incredibly long. Its body is covered in a deadly toxin it emits to protect itself from potential threats.

    Appearance: https://i.imgur.com/gXpCxse.jpg
Etymology: Xeneeth is derived from 'xenophobia,' the fear of foreigners or foreign concepts, and the word 'teeth.'

Drainage - The Pokémon steals HP when dealing super effective damage.
    - Additional Info: The Pokémon heals 1/8 of the damage dealt from a super effective hit. The Pokémon heals 1/4 of the damage if the move is of the same type as the user.

    Signature Move: Break Down
    Type: Poison
    Category: Physical
    Power: 40
    Accuracy: 100

Dex Entry 1: A vicious and highly truculent Pokémon. It has been recently discovered that this Pokémon shares the same home planet as Clefairy. It can move at terrifying speeds, up to 90mph.
Dex Entry 2: It makes a habit of infiltrating other Pokémon's nests to create its own. The several rows of teeth in its mouth rotate to break down prey. Recent research suggests Clefairy came to Earth to avoid Xenestrial.

    Appearance: https://i.imgur.com/gXpCxse.jpg

Waterproof: The user is immune to Water type moves. Ability of Slugma, Magcargo, Camerupt(replaces Magma Armor(because it is trash)), Torkoal(replaces Shell Armor), Silicobra, Sandacobra(replaces Shed Skin, which replaces Sand Veil as HA), regular Stunfisk(replaces Limber, which is now almost redundant)

    Legendary Hidden Abilities

    • Pheromosoa: Sensual Charm(a buffed Cute Charm that can work on any gender)
    • Celesteela: Flash Fire
    • Kartana: Inner Focus
    • Guzzlord: Devourer(biting moves heal the user)
    • Poiple and Naganadel: Adhesive(contact with this Pokemon prevents them from leaving the battle)(
    • Stakataka: Sturdy
    • Blacephalon: Aftermath

    Legendary and Mythical Pokemon Connections

    Arceus(Demiurge Forme)
Ability-Mastery(the user has 30% attack bonus on all types other than its own)
    Held item needed: Azure Crown
    BST-840(120 HP, 160 Atk, 130 Def, 160 Sp Atk, 130 Sp Def, 140 Speed)
Note: This is Arceus in its full power, only taken on in emergencies or matters of grave importance.

    Eclipteus, the Ultra Pokemon
Ability-Ultra Aura(the user generates an aura, similar to Token Pokemon. This only affects the user's allies)
    BST-794(97 HP, 157 Atk, 127 Def, 157 Sp Atk, 127 Sp Def, 129 Speed)
Note: Like how Arceus is the "God" of the regular Pokemon world, Eclipteus is the "God" of Ultra Space. Unlike Arceus, it has not exhausted its power, though is weaker than Arceus' true form

    Type-Not Applicaple
    Egg group-Not applicable
    BST-1530(255 HP, 255 Atk, 255 Def, 255 Sp Atk, 255 Sp Def, 255 Speed)
Note: This is not a Pokemon, but a vector for the primordial chaos/backdrop of all reality. It is what Arceus emerged from, as all creator entities of Pokemon and the stuff they built the Pokemon multiverse from. The Monad, so to speak

    Primeon, the Epoch Pokemon
    Ability-Levitate(normal), Illusion(Hidden)
    Egg group-Dragon(50% male, 50% female)
    BST-500(80 HP, 80 Atk, 80 Def, 100 Sp Atk, 100 Sp Def, 60 Speed)
    Evolution-Primeon-Use Eon Stone-Latias(if female) or Latios(if male)
Note: This is a rare, but not legendary Pokemon that can evolve into either of the Eon Duo. In essence, a more literal psuedo-legendary. The Eon Stone is a once per game item that lets you get the other member of the Eon Duo). They aren't nearly as fast yet, being in a juvenile state

    Ribonirus, the Alien Virus Pokemon
Ability-Power Compensation(if a stat is reduced by one stat, it will be upped by two, if reduced by two it will upped by three ect. This doesn't count if the stat reduction was caused by the user/is self-inflicted)
    Egg group-Undiscovered(gender unknown)
    BST-600(50 HP, 100 Atk, 80 Def, 140 Sp Atk, 80 Sp Def, 150 Speed)
Note: This was an attempt to study and recreate Deoxys using the same virus it was mutated from. This relative is the accidental result. It is legendary, rather than mythical

    Remoone, the Dream Pokemon
Ability-Dream Lord(Atk/Sp Atk increase by one stage per turn while asleep). This ability affects everyone on the field
    BST-700(120 HP, 85 Atk, 115 Def, 130 Sp Atk, 125 Def, 120 Speed)
Note: This is the mythical Pokemon in charge of dreams, master of both Cresselia and Darkrai. Rem is for R.E.M sleep, moone is just moon

Sea Crown: Evolves Phione into Manaphy. Found in the Sea Temple region, between Gym 8 and Elite 4 in Gen 4 remakes. Unlike before, Phione is a rare but fishable Pokemon, and the Sea Crown is a one per save file evolution to keep Manaphy unique

    Taonova, the Legendary Dragon Pokemon
Ability-Plasma Drive(the user has a 30% increase on Fire and Electric moves)
    BST-740(105 HP, 150 Atk, 120 Def, 150 Sp Atk, 120 Sp Def, 95 Speed)
Note: This is the completed legendary dragon that Kyurem, Reshiram and Zekrom fractured from

    Tapu Pele
Ability-Terrain Guardian(once this Pokemon is on the field, terrains are permanent unless cancelled by another terrain)
    BST-680(70 HP, 125 Atk, 105 Def, 125 Sp Atk, 125 Sp Def, 125 Speed)
Note: A Pele based Pokemon who is the leader of the Tapus

I actually came up with a Legendary Ghost/Flying Pokemon that was supposed to be an angry ghost of a Fearow that was brutally. I called it Phanterow and it had the beak and body of a Fearow and the coloration and spikiness of a Gengar. It was also larger in size. You could find it after reaching the end of a complex maze hidden underneath a tombstone in the Pokémon Tower in Lavender Town. I created this in 1999.

Fearow has always been a Pokemon I want them to do more with. Think its often a forgotten Pokemon which is a shame.

    • Type mechanics
      • Poison being super-effective against Bug (like it was in the past) and Water (as poison is pretty potent in liquids; Water needs a 3rd weakness)
      • Ice being resistant to Water (except for Scald) and Fairy (to represent how ice magic is used to counter sylvan magic)
      • Fairy being weak to Ice (see above)
    • Movesets
      • Better accessibility to Rock-type moves for Grass-type Pokémon (to cover 4 out its 5 weaknesses (Fire, Ice, Flying and Bug))
      • Drill Run being accessible to every Flying-type Pokémon with Drill Peck.
      • Fishious Rend being accessible to more Water-type Pokémon with Strong Jaw; a rebalance may be in order.
      • Fire Lash being accessible to more Fire-type Pokémon.
    • New Pokémon
      • Ankylite/Ankylord (Fire/Rock Ankylosaurus)
      • Hedgetail/Steghedge (Grass/Rock Stegosaurus)
      • Piscedge (Water/Rock Ichtyosaurus)
      • Spinelek (Electric/Rock Spinosaurus)
      • Rapterror (Rock/Ghost Velociraptor)
      • Fowlyre (Grass/Flying Peafowl)
      • Tesilat/Tesaiki (Electric/Fighting humanoid)
      • Squirestoc/Squirapier (Water/Steel Swordfish)
      • Larvoid/Noctornet (Bug/Dark Hornet)
      • Spotpup/Dalmatide (Water/Ground Dalmatian, firefighter motif)
      • Judeon (Fighting, Eeveelution)
      • Insecteon (Bug, Eeveelution)
      • Wyrmeon (Dragon, Eeveelution)
    • Regional forms
      • Remoraid/Octillery/Krakommand (Water/Steel)
      • Snubull/Granbull (Water/Fighting, pirate motif)
      • Stoutland (Ice/Ground)
      • Furfrou (Grass/Normal, foliage mixed with fur)
      • Doduo/Dodrio (Electric/Rock)
      • Porygon/Porygon2/Porygon-Z (Electric/Ghost)
      • Noctowl (Ghost/Psychic)
      • Dunsparce (Electric/Poison)
      • Drowzee/Hypno (Ghost/Dark)
      • Gourgeist (Fire/Fairy, Jackl-o-lantern with a wisp)

I think it's fine with Water doing normal damage on ice types. Water weakens down the ice some, plus ice melts in water after a while. Some Ice Pokemon can learn Freeze-Dry to counter against Water types.
I love the idea of a real Electric/Fire type. Always wanted to see one.

    More changes :p
    • Characters / situations
      • A trainer who uses Psychic-type Pokémon to communicate... because he or she is quadraplegic, and the Pokémon helps him/her to move and talk.
      • A vigilante who uses Dark-type Pokémon to fight crime, a recurring character, only to surprise you by being a Gym Leader, E4 member or even the Champion.
      • Nurse Joy as an opponent, using Chansey, Audino and others, challenges you mostly to keep her assistants in shape.
      • Officer Jenny as an opponent, using Arcanine, Granbull and others, challenges in a misunderstanding with the criminal organization.
      • Sidequests where 2 or 3 important NPCs have to work together with you.
      • Sidequests where an important NPC needs your help and you learn something from them (past, intentions, ambitions, rivalries, etc)
      • An actual Pokémon demands your help, simlar to Lavender Town's Marowak, even your rival's Starter could ask for your help.
    • Game mechanics
      • Swappable moves; Pokémon learn more than 4 moves, BUT can only equip 4 at a time. Swapping may be limited to areas, such as tournaments.
      • New status effect: "Untrained"; the Pokémon will behave like it was untrained (i.e. not having enough badges), similar to Confusion and Attract.
      • New weather effects:
        • Windy: buff Flying and Fire moves, nerf Water and Ground moves; Castform becomes Flying
        • Full Moon: buff Dark and Ghost moves, nerf Psychic and Fairy moves; Castform becomes Dark
        • Castform becomes Ground during a Sandstorm
      • Minigames
        • Traget practice with Water-types
        • Races
        • Aerial courses with Flying-types
        • Fishing
        • Quizzes
        • Rhythm games (cooking, dancing, etc)
      • Professions for you to pick, each giving special bonuses, and disadvantages, for your Pokémon and yourself (nurse, officer, breeder, rancher, etc)

    Trap Breaker
Effect: The user cannot be trapped in battle by any move. They are also immune to the effect of Shadow Tag

Effect: This has the same effect as Fire Spin

    Freezer Burn
Effect: This has a 30% chance of inflicting a burn

Maxipyro and Hellaflare, the Super Flame and Everburning Pokemon
Ability-Incendiary(this Pokemon takes neutral damage from Water type moves, and Fire type attacks do neutral damage against Water types)
    Egg group-Amorphous
    Gender ratio-Gender unknown
    Evolution: Maxipyro-Fire Stone-Hellaflame
Basis: This Pokemon is based off the idea of Greek fire, resembling an animated pot of powerful green flame that becomes more anthropomorphic. This is why it has the advantage with Water types, though not smothering like earth and rocks
