I agree, Leonhart

I know we are talking about Pokémon but I've always dislike the fact the translation used "Dragon Rush" rather than calling "Dragon Dive". The original sounds so much better IMHO

Sinnohan Toucannon
Type-Fire/Flying
Ability-Flame Body/Sniper
Hidden ability- Hot Beak
Evolves from Regular Trumbeak with a Fire stone in Sinnoh
Stats- Same as Regular Toucannon

Moves
-Ready Cannon

-Air Slash
-Beak Blast
-Focus Blast
- Zap Cannon
- Nasty Plot
- Agility
- Brave Bird
- Gunk Shot
- Overheat
- Hurricane
- Flame Charge
- Hyper Voice
- Inferno

Dex Entry 1- In the Sinnoh region an unusual phenomenon occurs when a Trumbeak evolves into Toucannon. Instead of its regular form it gains a special fiery form. It is unclear as to why it evolves this way but some speculate due to the cold weather it becomes a fire type to maintain the right body temperature. After this was discovered by accident by a trainer from Alola it became shockingly popular and people started importing them and they are now common in the region.

Dex Entry 2- Sinnohan Toucannon is an unpredictable Pokemon. The moment you assume keeping it at a distance will save you it will change its battle style a unleash deadly ranges attacks. It attacks with the fury that only a fire type could muster.

Ability- Hot Beak- If a pokemon with this ability makes contact there is a 20% chance the target will become burned

New Moves

Ready Cannon-Fire (status) 5PP- Increases accuracy 1 stage and swaps the users Special attack and Attack stat.

Appearance- Similar to original form but has a red beak, red feet and the white feathers are also red.

D/P remake ideas

- Names: Pokémon Temporal Diamond and Spatial Pearl
- After you enter the Hall of Fame, the Renegade Episode begins. The Renegade Episode is a new post-game story featuring Commander Saturn, Giratina, and the Distortion World. Shaymin can be caught at the end of the episode without the need of a special event.
- Sinnoh’s climate is the same as in Diamond & Pearl. However, during the Renegade Episode, snow falls from the sky in southwest Sinnoh and there is harsh sunlight in northeast Sinnoh. Battles in these areas feature hail and harsh sunlight respectively.
- The outfits of Lucas and Dawn are based on the ones they wear in D/P. At the beginning of the Renegade Episode, your mom buys you a new outfit in response to the drop in temperature. This new outfit is based on the one Lucas/Dawn wears in Platinum and it must be worn throughout the Renegade Episode. After completing the episode, you are free to switch between the old and new outfits by visiting your house. The old and new outfits are called the DP Outfit and the PT Outfit respectively.
- You can go to the Battle Frontier after the Renegade Episode.
- There is a man at the Battle Frontier who can Hyper Train your Pokémon in exchange for Bottle Caps.
- The Walking Pokémon feature is back: you can have any Pokémon follow you. While walking with you, the Pokémon may find props for use in Super Contests.
- Key characters such as Team Galactic, Cyrus, and Cynthia have all of the additional character development that Platinum gave them.
- The Looker subplot from Platinum is back.
- The Survival Area now features a new building called the Alola Embassy. As long as you are in the Alola Embassy, Lv 28 Cubone will evolve in Alolan Marowak (at night), Exeggcute will evolve into Alolan Exeggutor when exposed to a Leaf Stone, and Pikachu will evolve into Alolan Raichu when exposed to a Thunderstone. There are also trainers from Alola in the Embassy visiting Sinnoh, some of whom can be battled. If you’re lucky, a key character from S/M/US/UM, such as Olivia, will appear. The Alola trainers and any key characters (or lack thereof) in the Embassy change daily.
- If you're lucky, the Pokémon News Press in Solaceon Town will give you an Apricorn Ball if you show them a requested Pokémon.
- The Game Corner in Veilstone City has gone out of business and the building is emptying out during the game. You can buy a slot machine here, which can be used as a Secret Base decoration.
- The Villa from Platinum is back with more furnishings available, including a Treadmill which can be used to hatch eggs more easily.
- The Pokémon that appear in honey trees may have a hidden ability and are guaranteed at least three IVs of 31.
- You can participate in Super Contests with other players online.
- The Pokétch is overhauled.
- The Sinnoh Underground is revamped and has online support.
- The controls for the Underground digging minigame have been altered for playability on the Nintendo Switch. In docked mode, you move a cursor around with the left stick or directional buttons and press a button to dig into the tile where the cursor is. In handheld mode, you can also touch the tiles with your fingertips to dig into them.
- The regional Pokédex features all of the Pokémon in Platinum’s regional Pokédex plus Sylveon.
- The two games each have the same version-exclusive Pokémon as the original pair of games (the fossil Pokémon, Stunky, Glameow, etc.) plus new version-exclusives from the Platinum expansion. For example, the Electabuzz line is exclusive to Temporal Diamond and the Magmar line is exclusive to Spatial Pearl.
- In either version, a Lv 53 Cosmoem evolves into Solgaleo during the day and into Lunala at night.
- In either version, a Lv 25 Rockruff evolves into Midday Lycanroc during the day and into Midnight Lycanroc at night.
- Leveling up a Charjabug in Mt. Coronet will evolve it into Vikavolt.
- Leveling up a Crabrawler near the Ice Rock on Route 217 will evolve it into Crabominable.
- Battle Bond Greninja can now be bred. An egg produced by a Froaky with Damp, a Frogadier with Damp, or a Greninja with Battle Bond, will hatch into a Froaky with Damp. A Froaky with Damp will evolve into Frogadier with Damp. A Frogadier with Damp will evolve into Greninja with Battle Bond.
- As in Platinum, Rotom is obtainable in the Old Chateau before you enter the Hall of Fame. Rotom’s battle now uses the standard wild Pokémon battle theme rather than the Sinnoh legendary theme.
- There is a music player in the starting menu and as a Pokétch app. Each song becomes unlocked when you first hear it during the game.
- There is a Pokétch app called DS Sounds, which changes all music in the game to its respective original version from the D/P/Pt soundfont as long as it’s turned on. Any songs heard via the DS Sounds app will also be unlocked in the music player as you first hear them.
- Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup each have new voice-acted cries like Pikachu and Eevee.

Other stuff

- Sevii Islands DLC for Pokémon Let's Go!
- Aura Storm (Fighting) - Special - 190 Power - The user launches an intense, powerful beam of aura energy at the target.
Signature Z-move of Lucario. Can be used if Lucario is holding Lucarium Z and knows Aura Sphere. Based on Lucario's Final Smash of the same name in Super Smash Bros Brawl/Ultimate. Lucarium Z is obtained by scanning a Lucario amiibo.

Inspiration From Beta Arceus

Alphon, the Primordial Pokemon
Type-Ghost/Normal
Ability-Chaotic Fluctuation. The area becomes unstable and chaotic, preventing weather effects and terrains from working
Evolution: Alphon-(story event transforms it into Malgnoses/Alpha Stone)-Arceus. Alpha Stone is an event-exclusive item
BST-250(Lv 1-30), 420(Lv 30-55), 600(Lv 55)
Note: This is Arceus' original form, before the universe began. Aka when it was young and first emerged out of the chaotic void of pre-time. You encounter Alphon as Team Galactic's attempt to create their own Arceus as Plan B. Like Nebby you see it present through the story but you can obtain it in a trade. Instead of evolution its stats change depending on forms obtained through level up. Infant Form is 250, Youth Form is 420 and Teen Form is 600 BST

Malgnosis
Type-???(the Pokemon is untyped)
Ability-Clean Slate(all abilities and stat buffs are cancelled out on the foe's team)
BST-720
Note: This isn't a Pokemon that can be obtained, but is a corruption of Alphon caused by Team Galactic stealing your Alphon

Arceus(Celestic Form)
Type-Normal
Ability-Mastery(the user gets a 20% boost on all typed attacks outside of those from its own type)
Held item needed-Azure Crown
BST-810
Note: Arceus at the height of its power. When you face your Alphon turned Arceus, it is brimming with energy and in this form during the fight. In order to regain it, your Arceus must be Lv 80 or higher, and have max friendship

Ultramax Pikachu
U-Max move- U-max ultimate thunder-(BP150) This move summons Electric terrain & Inflicts paralysis
Ultramax is the upgraded form of Gigantamax in order to unlock in game you have to bring a Gigantamax Pikachu to a special alter in the crown tundra with Eternatus in the party while holding the ultimate stone (only 1 per game). The HP boost from Dynamax is doubled.

Appearance- resembles a Gigantamax Pikachu but Pikachu tail takes on Eternatus coloration

Dex Entry 1- Within a generation there is normally only 1 Pikachu trusted with this power by Eternatus. It would be deadly if used for evil.
Dex Entry 2- Using the power gleamed from eternatus Ultramax Pikachu is one of the deadliest Pokemon ever known. This pokemon form is spoken of in legend.

New form- Micromaxing- This enables Gigantamax/Ultramax compatable Pokemon to take on the Gigantamax/Ultramax form but not grow gigantic in size. They can use G-max moves but not Dynamax moves. No HP boost. Requires a special wishing star. Can be done in any location. Still only lasts 3 turns. Only usable postgame after all story complete. If used you cannot Dynamax/Gigantamax/Ultramax in the same battle and vice versa,

Some Regional Variants from my Fakémon wiki:

Mabacese Clawitzer
The Howitzer Pokémon
Type: Water/Fire
Ability: Sniper
Stats are the same as normal
Dex Entry #1: "Bathing in the warm waters of the Mabacese Sea has heated Clawitzer’s body to the point where it can create boiling hot steam."
Dex Entry #2: "Clawitzer in Macaba are more accurate and deadly with their water shooting. If you get in the way, you’ll receive nasty burns."
Appearance-wise, M-Clawitzer has changed to a boiled orange coloration with the whiskers transitioning to flames. Its shell has smaller gaps between parts, and its giant right arm is now rounder and more cannon-like.

(M-Clawitzer evolves from Clauncher at Level 37 in Mabaca, similar to Cubone evolving into A-Marowak.)

Mabacese Litwick
The Bulb Pokémon
Type: Steel/Electric
Ability: Volt Absorb/Illuminate
Stats are the same
Dex Entry #1: "The Litwick of Mabaca have adapted as technology did and now run on electricity."
Dex Entry #2: "These friendly creatures hang around dark areas to create lit paths. If your electronics are powerless, Litwick will charge them with a quick jolt of energy."
Appearance-wise, M-Litwick now looks like a short little blue lightbulb with a grey metal base, though it still has the yellow eyes and stubby arms of its Unovan form.

M-Litwick evolves into M-Lampent at Level 41.

Mabacese Lampent
The Lamp Pokémon
Type: Steel/Electric
Ability: Volt Absorb/Illuminate
Stats are the same
Dex Entry #1: "They live only to give light and electricity to those who need it."
Dex Entry #2: "Its glass sides can open to give Lampent better vision and make its light shine brighter."
Appearance-wise, M-Lampent is more like a box-shaped lantern than the street lamp its Unovan counterpart resembles. It also lacks U-Lampent's bottom spike, but it does still have its yellow eyes and long arms.

M-Lampent evolves into M-Chandelure when given a Thunder Stone.

Mabacese Chandelure
The Lighting Pokémon
Type: Steel/Electric
Ability: Volt Absorb/Illuminate
Stats are the same
Dex Entry #1: "Chandelure's brightness depends on the nearby natural light. On cloudy nights it shines so bright you must wear sunglasses or risk going blind."
Dex Entry #2: "They split off from their Unovan forms about 300 years ago due to a surge in technology. Mysterious energy powers its bright lights."
Appearance-wise, M-Chandelure now looks like a fancy gold and steel bright chandelier with four brightly glowing lightbulbs replacing its four arm flames, and a long golden chain extending upwards

Mt Battle Variants

Mt battle variants are special variants of the starters. Each starter can be obtained with a form. They can be obtained by gift from the battle tower with a certain number of victories (every 100 wins). They can be identified by wearing a black headband which has the word battle written in gold (in Japanese Kanji)
Each has a special move. They cannot evolve but each learn a special move(you can choose which)and a special ability. Eviolite does work. Once all are obtained you can then obtain a shiny variant with the required number of wins. They can breed but the offspring will only be regular versions.

Grass typed starters get Frenzy Plant/Botanical Blast
Fire typed starters get Blast Burn/Searing smash
Water Typed starters Hydro Cannon/Wave Wrecker

Ability- Battlemania-The Pokemon does not need to recharge when using moves that normally require recharge.

Inspired by the Mt-battle pokemon from pokemon XD that have special moves

Botanical Blast- A Special variant of Frenzy Plant (Frenzy plant has now become physical)
Searing Smash- A physical variant of Blast Burn
Wave Wrecker- A physical variant of Hydro cannon.

The Move tutor can now allow you to teach either variant to any fully evolved starter or Mt Battle Variants (with the correct typing)
but you can only have either the physical or the special version on.

Dex Entry 2- It has long been debated which is the quickest on the Draw, Galarian Slowbro or Unovan Ludicolo. What is known is that few can keep up with them in Unova.

New move-
Sand shot- Ground(special)-(80BP)10PP- does damage and has a 10% chance of lowering accuracy.

High Noon- Fighting (status) 1pp- all Pokemon on the field (able to take an action) have to use a damaging attack next turn or are forced to struggle. Special attacks will be a critical hit for every pokemon on the field(even the opponents) for the affected turn only. Attack fails if used more than once in battle.

Desperado- Dark- (status) 5pp- Lowers the user's HP to 1 and decreases attack by 2 stages but increases the speed by 1 stage and special attack by 2 stages.

Appearance- resembles the base forms but are light brown. The hats are made of mud and sand instead of leaves. Takes inspiration from cowboys.
