The series could use several new powerful Physical Fairy moves, outside of Play Rough, which both cannot learn, and Spirit Break, which is Grimmsnarl's signature Fairy move. Seriously, Tapu Koko and Tapu Bulu could use two or more such moves.

What,s a little strange is that Hatterene and Alcremie are Special Attackers, but noth of their G-Max moves are Physical...

Some Fairy-type physical move ideas:

Cuddle Crush
65D, 100A, 20PP
“The user launches at the target and cuddles them with all their strength. This may paralyze the target.”
Partial Learnlist: Raichu, all pikaclones, Clefable, Wigglytuff, the eeveelutions, Azumarill, Altaria, Bewear, Mimikyu, Hatterene, Grimmsnarl

Purification

35D, 95A, 25PP
“The user grabs onto the target and unleashes a mystic energy. If the target has a status condition, this move will cure the condition but have twice the power.”
Partial Learnlist: Clefable, Granbull, Blissey, Suicune, Gardevoir, Gallade, Reuniclus, Aromatisse, Sylveon, Xerneas, the tapus, Indeedee

I thought (G)Max moves were physical/special based on the base move. It was like that for Z Moves

þat is correct, boþ G-Max Smite and G-Max Finale can be eiþer physical or special, depending upon þe base move.
Huh...
Ok... here's my misunderstanding: on the Fairy type general Pokedex page (link here), both signature G-Max moves are listed as Physical, and not of both types, like Z-Moves. Given that Alchemie learns a total of... ZERO Physical Fairy moves and Hatterene learns only Play Rough, I thought it was a mistake on the games' part.

By comparison, Mimikyu's Z-Move, Let's Snuggle Forever, is a purely Physical attack, as opposed to Twinkle Tackle (the Fairy regular Z-Move), which can be either Physical or Special.

Dex Entry 1- In Sinnoh Gurdurr carries a large block of ice in the shape of a Girder. Recent research indicates this is because the area they are now found in has very few construction projects to acquire a Girder from.

Dex Entry 2- Sinnohan Gurdurr are often used by wildeness people as travelling companions given their ability to function in snow. They are hard to tame for people less used to harsh environments.

Dex Entry 1 - Sinnohan Conkeldurr love to fight strong opponents however they insist all combat must be fair. Their Giant icicles that they carry have become a symbol of fair combat. They seem to have forgotten how to make concrete because they spend too much time fighting.

Dex Entry 2- Their is a ancient legend that says that the snowpoint temple was originally guarded by pokemon that bear a shocking resemblance to this form of Conkeldurr. Some people speculate Conkeldurr may originally come from the Sinnoh region but became extinct until the Timburr were accidently re-imported. This is has yet to be proved.

Good stuff ^_^
Fairy could use a LOT more attacks though... and probably less focused on the "cute and cuddly" side, and more on the "mystically mischief" part...

Incoming D&D/Pathfinder geek talk :p
  • A Grig has a fiddle that causes other creatures to dance uncontrollably.
  • A Pixie or even an Elf has good archery skills and/or special arrows.
  • A Sprite can glow like a torch/firefly.
  • A Dryad is linked to a tree.
  • A Nymph can bilnd people with her stunning beauty.
  • A Brownie can make various magic tricks.
  • A Leprechaun has a pot of gold, but was also a ventriloquist.
  • A Gremlin is known to break stuff... and that might be Grimmsnarl :p
  • A Faun has enchanted panpipes.
  • A Muse can inspire artists.
  • A Spring-Heeled Jack can jump high.
  • A Rusalka can animate her hair... and that might be Grimmsnarl, again XD
  • A Quickling can run a high speed, to the point of being invisible.
With that said...

The Lord of Darkness

In the Tournament during which Peony became Champion his final fight was against his brother, Rose (Rose card confirms he once ended 2nd int he Tournament).
After it Rose wants to seek revange and somehow beat his brother he does not agree totally with. He finds a young prodigy, Leon and using the newly devlop power of Dynamax/Gigantamax helps him beat Peony in the final match (or even earlier).
Peony seeing his brother's sick emotions desides to go into the shadows and leave the Pokemon League.

Leon was neither aware of the whole scheme or changes his mind about Peony after Rose is arrested as he seems to be in good terms with Peony (as per their Galar Star Tournament exchanges.
The question is whether Peony is the Champion who defeated Mustards once his partner passed away. I think it's too big of a time gape as Leon isn't Old enough to become a Champion 32 years ago (since Mustard became a Champion 50 years ago and was one for 18 years). Also Mustard lost a match which was supposed ot be rigged.
So I'm guessing it goes as follow:
Mustard vs Opal - 50 years ago (Mustard wins)
Mustard vs someone - 32 years ago (Mustard loses)
Some random Champions
Rose vs Peony (Between 11-18 years ago) - Peony wins
Leon vs Peony (one year after Peony vs Rose) - Leon wins
Leons streak continues for less than 18 years (as it's confirmed Mustard was the Champion for the longest time so longer than Leon.

What are your thoughs?

Ability- Trickster
Type- Water
Cannot evolve or breed

Stats
HP- 85

Special Defence- 20
Speed- 80
Total- 440

Moves
1- Splash
5- Metronome
15- Tackle
25- Flail
30- Bounce
40- Hydro Pump
50- Metronome

Dex Entry 1- This unusual form of Magikarp waits for a Pokemon to try to hunt it and then unleash shocking moves. It does this by using the move Metronome with its dextrous fins.

Dex Entry 2- According to the locals where it was found this Magikarp is said to be a trickster deity that was punished by being transformed into a Magikarp. Scientists however suspect it is simply genetic anomaly occasionally found in this area.

New ability- Trickster- Works like prankster but does affect Dark types.

Appearance- Looks similar to a regular Magikarp however it has a pink colouration

How to obtain- Found in a Pond if you bring a Magikarp holding a metronome with a Clefairy in the party after an in-game event. (one time)

Metronome changes (applied to all users of Metronome.)

Metronome is now also learned by Regigigas, Arceus, the Yamask line, the Jigglypuff line, the Slowpoke line(including regional variants), Audino, The Pikachu line, Hitmontop, Magmar, Electabuzz, Slaking and the Lickitung line.

New Metronome only moves (if used by any other method than metronome the move will always fail and odds on these moves are substantially lower than most other moves)

Insulting Slap-Type(Dark) Physical- Deals only 1HP of damage but raises attack by 6 stages if it causes a knock out. Cannot target an ally.

The Imminent Storm
Found these in an old document I made a while ago, so I might as well share them here. I'll update this post with more as needed.

Ocean Strike | Type: Water | Pow:80 | Acc:100 | PP:5 | Potential Learners: Kabutops, Sharpedo, Feraligatr

The user forms water around it and strikes with the blinding force of a predator attacking prey. Always attacks first.

Ambush | Type: Dark | Pow:80 | Acc:100 | PP:5 | Potential Learners: Weavile, Gengar, Bisharp

The foe is attacked from behind when it lets down it's guard. It only works when the opponent isn't attacking.

Flash Freeze | Type: Ice | Pow:-- | Acc:85 | PP:15 | Potential Learners: Froslass, Glaceon, Articuno

A sudden bout of below freezing temperatures is summoned. It freezes the opponent if it hits, but doesn't affect Ice types.

Creepy Crawl | Type: Bug | Pow:-- | Acc:100 | PP:15 | Potential Learners: Caterpie, Joltik, Spinarak

The user crawls onto the opponent, driving them into a frenzy to find the source. It raises the evasiveness of the user and lowers the defense and Special Defense of the foe by 1 stage.

Falsify | Type: Dark | Pow:65 | Acc:100 | PP:10 | Potential Learners: Weavile, Malamar, Zoroark

The user tricks the foe into thinking it will get attacked. In singles, the foes evasiveness is sharply lowered. In doubles, the same effect happens to the selected target, but than the user attacks the other foe.

Forest Avenge | Type: Grass | Pow:70 | Acc:100 | PP:20 | Potential Learners: Trevenant, Virizion, Celebi

Power is drawn from forests that have been destroyed in the past and released at the opponent. The attack does super-effective damage to Fire types.

Noxious Breath | Type: Poison | Pow:20 | Acc:100 | PP:20 | Potential Learners: Trubbish, Toxel, Koffing

The user forcibly exhales overwhelming, foul-smelling breath in the target's face. This also leaves the target poisoned.

Power Tail: Tail moves have their power increased by 30%.

Plain Sight: All evasion boosts will be negated when this Pokémon is on the field. The move Substitute will also not work.

Heroic: Gives an immunity to Dark-type moves of any kind.

Repellent: Bug-type attacks will not work on this Pokémon.

Perceptive: The Pokémon cannot be given an item, either through Trick or Switcheroo. It also can't have items thrown at it.

Specialist: STAB attacks are boosted in power, but non-STAB attacks are weakened.

Bud Nipper: There is a 20% chance that the opponent’s strongest move will be disabled when a Pokémon with this ability is sent out.

Smooth Entrance: All entry hazards will be bypassed when entering the field, but said hazards will not be removed.

Bringing the Thunder
I came up with a few Sinnohan forms for potential DP remakes. These new Sinnohan forms plus the missing legendaries would bring the Sinnoh Dex up to 250 (with a further post game expansion raising it to 500 total):

Sinnohan Lillipup (Normal) -> Sinnohan Herdier (Normal) -> Sinnohan Stoutland (Normal/Ice)

The Sinnohan Lillipup line has adapted even further to colder climates of the Sinnoh region with Stoutland now gaining the Ice type. Sinnohan Lillipup and Herdier now gain thicker fur like Unovan Stoutland, meanwhile Sinnohan Stoutland can trap and release cold energy with its fur.

Sinnohan Sunkern (Grass/Fire) -> Sinnohan Sunflora (Grass/Fire) -> Sunflara (Grass/Fire)

The grassy, sun soaked fields near Floaroma have caused the Sunkern line to gain the Fire type, allowing them to convert the solar energy they absorb into devastating Fire attacks. Further exposure to heat through the use of a Fire Stone (Sinnohan Sunkern now evolves through level up, not a Sun Stone) now causes Sinnohan Sunflora to evolve even further into a new Pokemon called Sunflara. Sunflara can now give off its own solar energy causing the plants around it to grow rapidly.

Sinnohan Helioptile (Electric/Fire) -> Sinnohan Heliolisk (Electric/Fire)

Sinnohan Helioptile has grown around the Valley Windworks area and has learned to reflect the sun's energy back as Fire types.

Paras -> Sinnohan Parasect (Bug/Ghost)

The spectral energy in various parts of the Sinnoh region has caused Parasect's mushroom to possess its body becoming a Ghost type.

Sinnohan Ekans (Poison/Psychic) -> Sinnohan Arbok (Poison/Psychic) -> Thypno (Poison/Psychic)

The Sinnohan Ekans line has developed Psychic powers which it uses to hypnotize its prey. Sinnohan Ekans uses its rattle, while Sinnohan Arbok uses its face markings to lure prey to it and then attack with its Poison. Sinnohan Arbok can also evolve even further to a new Pokemon called Thypno (in case you didn't pick up on the naming scheme, Thypno is an anagram of python). Thypno curls its long body into a hypno wheel to hypnotize its prety.

Sinnohan Trapinch (Bug) -> Sinnohan Vibrava (Bug/Dragon) -> Sinnohan Flygon (Bug/Dragon)

The Sinnohan Trapinch line has adapted to Sinnoh's marshlands and become a Bug type. The Sinnohan Trapinch line is exclusive to Pearl.

Sinnohan Axew (Dragon) -> Sinnohan Fraxure (Dragon) -> Sinnohan Haxorus (Dragon/Steel)

The Sinnohan Axew line has adapted to the rocky environment near Mt. Coronet to make their tusks even harder, with Sinnohan Haxorus now becoming Dragon/Steel. The Sinnohan Axew line is exclusive to Diamond.

Sinnohan Cubchoo (Ice/Water) -> Sinnohan Beartic (Ice/Water)

The Sinnohan Cubchoo line has adapated to live in more aquatic environments, notably the Lake Acuity area. As a result, it has gained the Water type.

Sinnohan Dratini (Dragon) -> Sinnohan Dragonair (Dragon) -> Dragonymph (Dragon/Fairy)

The Sinnohan Dratini line has migrated to the Mt. Coronet area and as a result, no longer evolve into Dragonite. Instead, the mystical energy of Mt. Coronet cause Sinnohan Dragonair to evolve into a new Pokemon called Dragonymph and which retains Dragonair's serpentine body type and gains the Fairy type.

I always wonder why Stoutland wasn't Ice... when its Dex entry literally talked about its fur being adapted for colder environments. To me, that would be the most logical Regional variant. Then again, watch them have an Ice/Rock variant of Lycanroc instead :p

Sinnohan Sunkern (Grass/Fire) -> Sinnohan Sunflora (Grass/Fire) -> Sunflara (Grass/Fire)

Yes... YES! However, it would need a different evolution method.

Paras -> Sinnohan Parasect (Bug/Ghost)

The spectral energy in various parts of the Sinnoh region has caused Parasect's mushroom to possess its body becoming a Ghost type.
It could also gain a 2nd evolution called Paraspectre (Bug/Ghost) ;)

Sinnohan Trapinch (Bug) -> Sinnohan Vibrava (Bug/Dragon) -> Sinnohan Flygon (Bug/Dragon)

The Sinnohan Trapinch line has adapted to Sinnoh's marshlands and become a Bug type. The Sinnohan Trapinch line is exclusive to Pearl.
That, to me, is probably the WEIRDEST omittion I've seen. It's like they didn't want to combine the series's most common early-game type (Bug) with its most common late-game type (Dragon).

Sinnohan Cubchoo (Ice/Water) -> Sinnohan Beartic (Ice/Water)

The Sinnohan Cubchoo line has adapated to live in more aquatic environments, notably the Lake Acuity area. As a result, it has gained the Water type.
I though of global warming a bit too much when I saw the Water typing XD

Regional forms (simple list, no artifice)
  • Tropius (Grass/Dragon); its wings are replaced witha huge bush-like hump, with smaller palm trees growing from it.
  • Ekans/Arbok (Poison/Dark); it has a different face-like making on its hood and yellow bodies.
  • Kangaskhan (Fighting/Ground); it's now leaner in shape with oversized hands and feet.
  • Stantler (Psychic/Ghost); it has grey and white fur and its horns look more like menacing eyes.
  • Phanpy/Donphan (Ground/Electric); its tusks and ears look like rods and prods.

1. New eeveelutions (I would like to see the dragon type and ghost type the most)

2.Alicorn, a combination of unicorn and pegasus. It would belong to the Ponyta line of evolution (as a final form)

3. A Pokémon inspired by the Kraken. It would have legendary status and would be of the Water/Dragon type

4.Evolutionary line based on basilisk (by the way, I mean the serpent). Would be of the Poison/Dark type

5. Evolutionary line based on Cerberus. Would be of the Dark/Ghost type

I mentioned it in the Frightening Pokemon thread a while back, but I want a proper 'creepy doll' Pokemon. In the same way that Sinistea is a spirit in a China Cup, I want an ACTUAL doll Pokemon with a ghost, dark, psychic, or fairy typing. Banette doesn't look like a doll, nor do any of the 'doll' Pokemon.

I'd like to see regional varients of current eeveelutions, (Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon, etc...) as well as new evolutions for our Kanto Eevee.

I'd also like to see a fire starter whose 3rd stage evolution is a quadruped.

I want to catch a Rotomdrone. Ability: Annoyance - creates a continuous buzzing sound that distracts opposing teams and lowers their accuracy. HA: Photographic Memory - Remembers past opponents and changes move type to be super effective.
