Can also learn any move Scyther can learn.

Snowscape has been added to Scyther's TM moveset. It can also learn Ice Fang (level 35) and Bug Bite (level 10) by level up

New Move
Cryotherapy- Ice (status) 5PP- The user restores its own HP. The amount of HP regained varies with the weather. More effective in snow. less effective in other weather conditions (essentially snow version of morning sun)

Ice Slice- Ice (Physical)- 70BP- 15PP- Has an increased critical hit ratio- boosted by sharpness (night slash variation)

Winter's Wrath- Ice(Physical)-80BP- 5PP- This attack is super effective against fire type Pokemon. 5% Chance of causing freeze status to any Pokemon hit by this move.

Dex Entries
Dex Entry 1- During an ice age Scyther started to evolve into this form to adapt to the cold conditions. While the ice axes it now wields are less immediately dangerous this creature is known to be patient and will bring prey down over time.

Dex Entry 2- This evolution to Scyther has sharp axes this Pokemon can use to climb mountains by adjusing the amount of ice present on them. It can control this so completely that in can use them even to chill the very hottest fire types. It was more common in periods when it was more cold but can be found in the wild in certain regions.

Appearance
Resembles Scyther but with white colouration, with Scythes that now resemble Ice axes (partially coated in sharp ice) and a slighting thicker body to handle the cold. Fangs slightly more visible. Wings slightly frozen over.

Name comes from Scyther, Slicer (a minor corruption of the word), Brr (an exclamation of cold) & Ice

Kalos/Paldea mix and max

Professor Aleppo: A Paldea native that between X/Y and Scarlet/Violet moved to work in Kalos. They were a contemporary of Professor Sada/Turo though how much they knew about Sada/Turo and how much it would count as a spoiler is left ambiguous. Their specialty is studying "cross-gen" events like cross-gen evolutions and shared histories/mechanics between the two, and are known for travelling abroad. All the Pokemon they use on their team are cross-gen evolutions

Mega Evolution Diary: A sort of sub-Dex that is used to both explore and develop the mechanics of Mega Evolution. It was first developed by a younger Lysandre and Professor Sycamore working together, however following their falling out publishing was delayed by years. It is meant to study the nature of Mega Evolution and the mysteries of Infinity Energy, and how the two seemed tied together. It is split into different sections, and will usually have notes and explanations from the two...and an addendum added by Professor Aleppo. Some entries are mainly Aleppo's notes. They are separated into different sections
  • Section A: An Introduction to Mega Evolution. This serves as an introduction to the concept of Mega Evolution, along with the different mechanics both old and new
  • Section B: Well-Known Mega Evolutions. Excluding legendaries and mythicals, this deals with most Mega Evolutions introduced in Gen 6. B-00 is a general introduction, as will C-00, D-00 and E-00
  • Section C: Lesser Known Mega Evolutions. This deals with the more recently introduced Mega Evolutions. Instead of three notes, it is two-one from Sycamore and Lysandre talking about them in speculative terms and one from Aleppo giving a more accurate explanation
  • Section D: Notable Mega Evolutions. This explores Mega Evolutions for Pokemon starting or exceeding 540 BST, including old and new legendary and mythical Mega Evolutions. Mega Aerodactyl is also mentioned, as it brings to attention the anomaly of having a Mega Evolution of a long-extinct Pokemon since it would be extinct when the original stones were supposedly invented (in-universe it is explained as a modern creation of the Mega Anvil)
  • Section E: Potential For More? The last Section at the time released when the two worked together, exploring potential new mechanics related to Mega Evolution and Infinity energy. Again, Aleppo gives a more accurate explanation.
  • Section X: All notes are only made by Sycamore after he and Lysandre drifted apart, showing his own views and opinions about the history of Kalos
  • Section Y: All notes are only made by Lysandre, and were found in his apartment after his presumed death after the X/Y plotline. They explore AZ, what he believes to be the history of Kalos along with an exploration into his worldview. Some parts are blanked out/redacted to keep ambiguity for later storylines
  • Section Z: All notes are made only by Professor Aleppo. They compare and contrast Kalos and Paldea, note his own theories on how the "Paradox Pokemon" and other later gimmicks after Gen 6 might connect

Mega Material: This is a sub-type of the material dropped by Pokemon, that is used to forge Mega Evolution Stones. In-lore, it was something discovered after the events of X and Y thanks to help from Professor Aleppo. 1 material can be found on most Pokemon with Mega Evolutions in their line, and 5 if they come from what Lysandre dubs "notable Mega Evolutions" (that being Mega forms of Pokemon who's BST equals or is greater than Gyarados'). There is a 1 in 10 chance that a Pokemon capable of future Mega Evolution drops Rare Mega Material. How much Mega Material is used to craft a Mega Stone depends on the Pokemon, usually "the rarer the higher" with all Legendary and Mythical Pokemon requiring 150 Rare Mega Material. If a Pokemon is Stage 2 or Stage 3 in its evolution, it will drop double or quadruple the normal amount. If a Legendary or Mythical Pokemon is caught you will always gain 150 Rare Mega Material. If you already have 999 Mega Material of a certain Pokemon, you will lose 50 Mega Material and instead automatically get the requisite Mega Stone. If you had 999 Rare Mega Material, you will lose 50 but get a random Mega Evolution stone for a Legendary or Mythical. Information on Material in general is in Section A, and Aleppo makes notes about the material of specific Pokemon in Sections B, C and D

Mega Anvil: A key item that it used to forge Mega Material into Mega Stones. In certain cases it can create new items. In the lore, it was hidden for several years, explaining its absence in prior games with mega evolution while also having existed in the past to make more of those stones. It can also form the "Delta Stone", which if used on Rayquaza will allow it to learn the move Dragon Ascent

New And Different Evolution Types

"Infinergy Evolution"-an evolution method described by Professor Aleppo noting that certain Pokemon who could Mega Evolve are capable of permanently evolving into new Pokemon should they have their Mega Material forged into an "Aleppo's Item", as he was the one who discovered it. He uses terms like "radiative", and ponders that the Ultimate Weapon has a cruder, similar effect to those in its vicinity, which is his theory as to why AZ became both giant and immortal and why his Floette is the same plus much stronger for its species

Voodetta, the Vengeance Pokemon
Name basis: Voodoo+Vendetta
Type-Ghost/Dark
Ability-Pain Share (if the user suffers from stat drops, the enemy will suffer the same)
Evolution: Shuppet-Lv 37-Banette-Use Aleppo's Needle-Voodetta
BST-515

Mawokai, the Hungry Pokemon
Name basis: Maw+Yokai
Type-Steel/Fairy
Ability-Strong Jaw/Intimidate (normal), Gluttony (Hidden)
Evolution: Mawile-Use Aleppo's Tooth-Mawokai
BST-500. While technically stronger than Mega Mawile, it lacks the move Huge Power so is weaker overall

Geminye, the Glimmer Pokemon
Name basis: Gem+Gemini+Etye
Type-Dark/Fairy
Ability-Refraction
Evolution: Sableye-Use Aleppo's Gem-Geminye
BST-460. While weaker than Mega Sableye, it compensates with a really good ability and an already good ability)

A Pokémon based on a were-rabbit that gets stronger on a clear night and if it’s a full moon. (Think Carrot from One Piece)

It’s Kalos season!
What would a fully open world Pokémon game be like if it was made with Unreal Engine 5? Just imagine finally being able to travel to every region in addition to having the complete National Dex, PLA catching mechanics, SV overworld and PLA shiny rates. There would be plenty of different biomes, structures and caves for us to explore including abandoned castles, jungles, haunted houses, etc.

Dex 1- It's shape is similar to a speedy robot featured in a paranormal magazine article. The robot was said to have been created as a security system for industry. The article also claims its unevolved state was a marketing tactic.

Dex 2- It resembles a mysterious object mentioned in acertain expedition journal. It has never been seen in the wild.

Appearance- looks like a Robotic Turwig- Its Shell, leaf and eyes look like LED displays. Its coloration is otherwise silver (unless shiny when it is green like turwig's regular colours)

Note- decided to make this as Turwig over its evolved form as a reference to Turtwig being surprisingly fast in the anime.

To be honest, the signature move would more likely be the moves from Let's Go, Eevee!

Bouncy Bubble
Zippy Zap
Sizzly Slide
Glitzy Glow
Baddy Bad
Sappy Seed
Freezy Frost
Sparkly Swirl
I considered that but I wanted to go with some more lore / pokedex accurate moves. Eevee's environmental adaptation, Vaporeon's weird relationship with water, Jolteon throwing it's fur out, Flareon's high internal temperature, Espeon's future prediction, Umbreon's Predator like nature at night / in darkness, Leafeon's plant like make up, Glaceon making diamond dust, and Sylveon's calming ability.

Remake Of An Old Ideas

Nanabug and Banantle, the False Fruit Pokemon
Name basis: Nanab+bug/slug and Banana+mantle
Type-Bug/Normal
Ability-Gooey(normal), Harvest(Hidden)
Evolution: Nanabug-Lv 30-Banantle
Egg group-Amorphous/Dragon
Gender ratio: Gender unknown
Basis: Nanabug and Banantle are based off the banana slug. They are pink in a way that references the Nanab Berry, since it's the in-universe equivalent of a banana. Nanabug references a single banana while Banantle references a bundle of the lot. The Gender Unknown references how real life slugs lack a gender binary/are hermaphrodites and their egg group references both their soft bodies and how the other (wholly natural/organic) gastropod is Goomy
Pokedex entry
  • Nanabug: "Despite the appearance, Nanabug's resemblance to a Nanab Berry is a complete coincidence. Their slimy bodies are closer in relationship to Goomy"
  • Banantle: "Banantle have learned to use their resemblance to Nanab Berry to trick predators into not wanting to go after them. Tropius seem to like them"

Love Arrow
Type-Normal/Status
Acc-80
PP-10
Effect-This moves inflicts infatuation on other Pokemon regardless of their gender
Pokemon that can learn this move: Love Arrow is usually learned by Pokemon considered beautiful either in-universe like Milotic or by the fanbase (as a little bonus for the adults) like Gardevoir. Some genderless Pokemon can learn it, including Cryogonal (referencing how it can learn Attract), Bronzong (referencing wedding bells, hence why Chimecho can also learn it), Falinks and Maushold (as their "gender unknown" is implied to be because they're multiple Pokemon in one unit), Paradox Pokemon (as their normal counterparts can learn Attract), Meloetta (music is often associated with romance) and Pheromosa (also associated with beauty). As you can guess, Nanabug can learn it because it references actual slug mating
Note: This is a more effective, but at the same time less reliable and rarer Attract.

Old Idea Retool

Crown Evolution: A study by Professor Aleppo, Crown Evolution is a term he describes for Pokemon that evolve by defeating a number of Pokemon with a Leader's Item. Bisharp's evolution into Kingambit is one such example

Gauntleon, the Combative Pokemon
Name basis: Gauntlet+eon
Type-Fighting
Ability-Guts(normal), Competitive(Hidden)
Evolution: Eevee-defeat 3 Pokemon with Leader's Stone-Gauntleon
Pokedex entry
  • "Only by besting worthy opponents can an Eevee become a Gauntleon. They welcome challengers, even Psychic types"
  • "Despite its lean appearance, Gauntleon's dense muscles can more than match any other Fighting type. They're popular mascots for dojos"
Note: This follows the trend of Eevee's new evolutions involving new mechanics and methods introduced. Its name is derived from the phrase "thrown down the gauntlet", which is also referenced with its evolution number

Leader's Stone
Held by: Leading Eevee. A wild Eeveelution has a guaranteed chance of having a Leader's Stone
Effect: No effect on the user. If an Eevee defeats three Pokemon holding this item, it will evolve into Gauntleon

Chimourne, the Spirit Chime Pokemon
Type-Psychic/Ghost
Ability-Wind Rider
Evolution: Chingling-Max Friendship during the night-Chimecho-Defeat 3 Pokemon holding a Leader's Veil-Chimourne
Pokedex entry
  • "Chimourne visit gravesites to aid lost spirits in moving on to the next world. Their haunting melodies are a result of the wind"
  • "Experience with helping spirits pass on has given Chimourne one foot in the spirit world, so to speak. While they've grown powerful, it also makes them vulnerable to evil spirits"
Note: Chimourne takes inspiration towards the more mystical Shinto shrine aspects, along with tying into how it was originally found. Its changed ability reflects how chimes are affected by the wind

Leader's Veil
Held by: Usually Ghost type Pokemon who lead smaller Ghost types. Rarely held by Chimecho
Effect: No effect on the user. If a Chimecho defeats three Pokemon holding this item, it will evolve into Chimourne

New move
Scan Shield
Type-Psychic/Status
Acc-100
PP-10
Effect: The user is protected from damage. This move is more likely to fail if used consecutively. It will identify the foe's Hidden Power type
Note: This move is the signature move of Unown. It is learned at Lv 26, referencing the letters of the alphabet. Otherwise it has the same effect as Protect

New move
Jump Spook
Type-Ghost/Special
Atk-40
Acc-100
PP-20
Effect: This move will always go first
Note: This move can be learned by Unown at Lv 28. Pre-evolution, it is the only other move than the natural Hidden Power they have. The number references their 28 forms. It also references Jump Scare

Enigamata, the Symbol Pokemon
Name basis: Enigma+enigmatic
Type-Psychic
Ability-Enigma Code (the user gets a 50% boost on moves of the same type as their
Evolution: Unown-Defeat 5 Unown with Leader's Query-Enigmata
Pokedex entry
  • "Enigamata's "genetic structure" has more in common with binary and computing than anything remotely organic. It's theorized they and Unown come from a universe with alien physics"
  • "Recent archeological evidence ties Enigamata to early writing systems of near prehistoric cultures. It is unknown if they showed up out of interest in something like them, or if said writing systems were based off Unown and Enigamata"
Note: The evolution method is meant to reference how Unown are supposedly stronger in numbers, and the number to defeat refers the five vowels (excluding Y who is ambiguous)

Leader's Query
Held by: Unown who lead weaker Unown/strong Unown. They tend to have a 10 level increase compared to regular Unown. Regular Unown have a small chance of holding it
Effect: No effect on the user. If an Unown defeats three Pokemon holding this item, it will evolve into Enigamata

Dex entry 1- It is said this creature comes from the void to fix corruptions in the timeline. While it currently has similarities with Cyclizar at present recent studies indicate it may actually normally be formless and took on the form to help it take on paradoxical Pokemon.

Dex Entry 2- This shadowy creature according to myth comes from an area where time and space do not exist. It does however fight potential corruptions to the timeline. Recent evidence indicates a recent experiment in area zero either created or brought this creature.

This is the mythical counterpart to Koraidon and Miraidon. Has a similar role to the Dahaka (from Prince of Persia series).

Gen VIII misses a trio ( we have a duo), and Galarian birds but lacking new Pokemon trio. So I took inspiration from "creatures" from Mystery Dungeon and created them as virus Pokemon, Virus as you all know are bad and they are one causing the problems whether its on us or computers. So we have one to inflict emotion, sadness, grief, anger- Nefarion, one to literally inflicts cold like sneezing, coughing so Glazerent and Occural which inflicts data, memory corruption in computers, PCs, drones etc.

1023 Pokemon in total
