Neutrat and Partnull the Cheering and Encouraging Pokemon

Evolution: Neutrat-Lv 30 with a Plusle and Minum in the party-Partnull
BST
  • Neutrat: 405 (60 HP, 60 Atk, 50 Def, 75 Sp Atk, 75 Sp Def, 95 Speed)

Pokedex entry (Partnull)
  • "Partnull mediate and help out their fellow Electric types. They can neutralize a 10,000 volt electric surge"
  • "Down to Earth and reasonable, they help their teammates think about the bigger picture. Their ability to control electricity is astounding"
Basis: This purple-eared (orange as a shiny) addition to Plusle and Minum represents neutral charge. Neutrat has the equal/sum symbol and Partnull has the sigma (as in summation in mathmatics). Being part Normal plays into the neutral since its the closest thing to a neutral/non-type

Multipal, the Supportive Pokemon
Name basis: Multiply and pal
Type-Electric/Fairy
Ability-Plus (normal), Synergy (Hidden)
Evolution: Plusle-Lv 30 with a Minun and Neutrat in the party

Pokedex entry
  • "Extroverts who cheer on their friends and magnify their resolve. They enjoy messing around with electrical appliances"
  • "This Pokemon likes to play the role of prankster and clown to get their friends to laugh. They drain electricity from buildings in a fit of celebration"
Basis: An evolution of Plusle that utilizes the multiply symbol. Multipal is the happy/"good" side of this trio

Budivide, the Jeering Pokemon
Name basis: Buddy and divide
Type-Electric/Dark
Ability-Minus (normal), Synergy (Hidden)
Evolution: Minum-Lv 30 with a Plusle and Neutrat in the party
BST-510 (60 HP, 70 Atk, 90 Def, 75 Sp Atk, 125 Sp Def, 100 Speed)
Pokedex entry
  • "Introverts who jeer on their enemies and divide their spirits. They steal electrical appliances for themselves"
  • "This Pokemon uses dirty and underhanded tactics to aid their allies. They dampen a building's electricity when in a deeply despondent mood"
Basis: An evolution of Minun that utilizes the divide symbol. Budivide is the moody and underhanded one of the trio

Worthy Adversary

Pure Water

Signature ability of: Suiciune (Hidden Ability, replaces Inner Focus)
Note: Since Suicune got special priviledge as a box legendary I thought it could also get something special compared to Raikou and Entei

Signature ability of: Ho-oh (replaces Pressure)

Signature ability of: Rayquaza

DNAdapt

  • If Normal Form Deoxys has DNAdapt it has the same effect as Clear Body
  • If Attack Form Deoxys has DNadapt it has the same effect as Defiant

  • If Speed Form Deoxys has DNadapt it has the same effect as Speed Boost
Signature ability of: Deoxys (replaces Pressure)

Sweet Dreams

Dimensional Warp
Effect-This Pokemon summons a dimensional warp. For five turns, weather, terrains and moves with "Room" in their name will all fail.

Signature ability of: Dialga (replaces Pressure). It is also the new Hidden Ability of Origin Dialga, replacing Telepathy

Signature ability of: Reshiram

Teravolt (updated)
Effect-Same as Mold Breaker, with the addition of all the user's moves now having the same chance of causing paralysis as Electric type moves
Signature ability of: Zekrom

Taofreeze
Effect-Same as Mold Breaker, with the addition of all the user's moves now having the same chance of causing frostbite as Ice type moves
Signature ability of: Kyurem (replaces Pressure)
Note: This is an extension of my belief that Frostbite should replace Freeze as the Ice type status condition

Appealing Voice
Effect-The user's sound-based moves ignore immunities
Signature ability of: Meloetta (Hidden Ability)

Plasma Adaptor
Effect-The user gains a 50% attack boost on types matching its drive

Hoennian Marowak
Type- Dark/Dragon
Evolves from Kantonian Cubone at level 28 with a Dragon type in the party.
Abilties- Lightning Rod/Magicproof
Hidden ability- Rock Head
Base stats- Same as Kantonian Marowak

1 Dragon Rush
1 Nasty Plot
1 Swords Dance
1 False Swipe
1 Night Slash
1 Sucker Punch
1 Brutal Swing
1- Bone Club
Evo- Bonetality
12 Headbutt
16 Retaliate
20 Fling
24 Stomping Tantrum
31 Bone Rush
36 Dragon Dance
40 Dragon Claw
42 Endeavor
48 Bonemerang
54 Thrash
60 Double-Edge
66 Outrage

New ability
Magicproof- Takes no damage from Fairy moves.
New Moves
Bonetality- (Dragon) Physical- 85BP- 10PP- Attack does neutral damage against fairy types (ignoring regular type match up)
New egg moves for Cubone- Shadow Bone, Bonetality and Bone Rush are egg moves for Cubone

Dex Entry 1- When Cubone were imported into the Hoenn region their rage over their loss has unleashed their inner dragon. Curiously in Hoenn they have been accepted by Salamence as protectors of Bagon before they can fly and keep them safe from Fairy types.

Dex Entry 2- In Hoenn this new form has adapted to the wilds and their rage has rendered them able to adapt against fairy Pokémon like Gardevoir. They are said to be the most malicious of all Marowaks form.

Resembles Marowak but it has much sharper claws. It's skull has gained slightly draconic horns. It's tail is pointed (similar structure to the Welsh Dragon). It has a similar colouration to Bagon.

Terrain Expansion

Clear Surge
Ability
Effect: Prevents terrains from being set up
Compare with: Cloud Nine

Shadowy Terrain
Type associated with: Dark
Effect: Increases the power of Dark type moves by 30%. Prevents Pokemon on the ground from being affected by Bruised or Despondent
Methods of triggering it: Dark Surge (ability)

Draconic Terrain
Type associated with: Dragon
Effect: Halves the damage taken by Pokemon on the ground by Fairy type attacks. Prevents Pokemon on the ground from being affected by stat lowering
Methods of triggering it: Draconic Surge (ability)

Haunted Terrain
Type associated with: Ghost
Effect: Halves the damage taken by Pokemon on the ground by Dark type moves. Prevents Pokemon on the ground from being affected by volatile status conditions and paralysis
Methods of triggering it: Ghostly Surge (ability)

Note: I wasn't sure what to do with the paradox legendaries as it is less obvious some of them are beyond an unga bunga or Eggman's roboticization of the original. Might come back to them at another point

Past Paradox Counterparts

Great Auk
Type-Fairy/Flying
Ability-Protosynthesis (normal), Keen Eye (Hidden)
Counterparts: Delibird (present iteration), Iron Bundle (Future iteration)
Basis: If Iron Bundle references Christmas toys, Great Auk references some of the inspirations for Santa like Odin, and Yule. It is based off palaeeudyptes klekowskii, the largest and now extinct species of penguin

Flint Thrower
Type-Fighting/Rock
Ability-Protosynthesis (normal),
Counterparts: Hariyama (present iteration), Iron Hands (Future iteration)
Basis: One of two past Paradox mon I had as a reference to early humans. Flint Thrower is a nod to our early tool use of rocks. It is also more furred with pointy, tusk-like teeth as a nod to mammoths

Venom Spitter
Type-Poison/Dragon
Ability-Protosynthesis (normal), Regenerator (Hidden)
Counterparts: Hydreigon (present iteration), Iron Jugulis (Future iteration)
Basis: Venom Spitter is more of a quadruped like Zwelious though it still has all three heads. It is more based off the Learnean Hydra than the Ghidorah theme of the main Hydreigon

Land Despot
Type-Ground/Dark
Ability-Protosynthesis (normal), Sand Stream (Hidden)
Counterparts: Tyranitar (present iteration), Iron Thorns (Future iteration)
Basis: If Iron Thorns is based on Mecha-Godzilla, then Land Despot is based on Space-Godzilla. Being part ground is a nod to the Larvitar line's original type

Fire Wielder
Type-Psychic/Fire
Ability-Protosynthesis (normal), Flame Body (Hidden)
Counterparts: Kirlia (present iteration), Iron Valiant (Future iteration)
Basis: Like other past paradox Pokemon, it isn't based on the final form of a Pokemon that evolves via stone (including retconned examples like the Magnemite line) but the last level uped form (this also lets it have the same androgynous state Iron Valiant has). While referencing humanity's discovery of fire it also has a subtle angel nod by being seen as otherly in-universe, itself acknowlding Gardevoir and Gallade having inspiration from guardian angels

Future Paradox Counterparts

Iron Punk
Type-Normal/Steel
Ability-Quark Drive (normal), Punk Rock (Hidden)
Counterparts: Scream Tail (Past iteration), Wigglytuff (present iteration)
Basis: On the flip side to my comments on Fire Wielder, I had the evolved form of stone evolving Pokemon serve as counterparts. Iron Punk is a Wigglytuff remodeled to be a sound generator like a boom box, and is part Steel because it is themed off the genre of metal in music

Iron Trap
Type-Electric/Poison
Ability-Quark Drive (normal), Shock Debris (Hidden). Shock Debris is a new ability that summons Shock Spikes. These are the Paralysis counterpart to Toxic Spikes, which summons one layer (paralsyis) or two layers (severe paralysis)
Counterparts: Brute Bonnet (Past iteration), Amoonguss (present iteration)
Basis: Iron Trap takes the ambush predator traits of the Foongus line. It is inspired by a mine and traps, but instead of explosions it has traits of EMPs

Iron Illusionist
Type-Ghost/Electric
Ability-Quark Drive (normal), Clear Body (Hidden)
Counterparts: Fluttery Mane (Past iteration), Mismagius (present iteration)
Basis: Iron Illusionist is a futuristic version of Mismagius' witch motif, by being a "modern magician" who uses technology to cast illusions and use holograms. It is a nod to the trope that advanced enough technology can be mistaken for magic

Iron Ship
Type-Flying/Steel
Ability-Quark Drive (normal)
Counterparts: Sandy Shocks (Past iteration), Magnezone (present iteration)
Basis: Iron Ship references drone technology, and the idea of motherships. On the back of Iron Ship is a hatch which you can vaguely see the outline of three Magnemite minus their magnet hands. The idea is that it can open up its hatch and summon Magnemite drones, with Iron Ship being more of a vessel they pilot

Iron Crescent
Type-Rock/Flying
Ability-Quark Drive (normal)
Counterparts: Roaring Moon (Past iteration), Salamence (present iteration)
Basis: Iron Crescent is unique compared to other future iterations in that rather than being the concept of a robotic variation made for a specific purpose, it is a futuristic fossil revival. Basically implying the extinction of Salamence in the future and it being brought back like how fossil Pokemon are now. It also gives fuel to the idea the Rock type on fossils may be a consequence of the revival process, but wihout anything too explicit or obvious

Fowlfetch'd
Dark/Flying
Evolves from Kantonian Farfetch'd after running from 30 battles at night
Ability- Sharpness/Untrappable
Hidden ability- Defiant

Stats
HP-82
Attack-135
Special Attack- 40
Defence- 70
Special Defence- 70
Speed- 110
Total- 507

1 First Impression
1 Bulk Up
1 Sand Attack
1 Leer
1 Sucker Punch
1 Roost
1 Revenge
1 Brave Bird
1 Dual Wingbeat
Evo. Foul Play
Evo. Acrobatics
10 Aerial Ace
15 Parting shot
20 Brutal Swing
25 Detect
30 Knock Off
35 Defog
40 Brick Break
45 Swords Dance
50 Taunt
55 Leaf Blade
60 Night Slash
65 Brave Bird
70 Vengeance

New ability
Untrappable- This Pokémon is immune from the trapping effect of moves and abilities (such as Arena Trap and Sand tomb)

New Move
Vengeance- (Dark) -60BP- Physical- This attack move's power is doubled if the user has been hurt by the opponent in the same turn.

Dex Entry 1- In order to avoid extinction after overhunting Farfetch'd have started to evolve into this form recently. It despises any attempts to capture it and is extremely hard to train.

Dex Entry 2- This creature is angry after having to flee for its own safety so much that that fear turned to anger. Upon becoming this form it has been known to attack unworthy trainers and hunters at night. It does not get along with Sirfetch'd.

Appearance- Looks like Farfetch'd but its leek has been fashioned into a Katana. Darker colouration than even Kantonian Farfetch'd to blend into the night. It takes some inspiration from ronin.

Sacred Sword is now an Egg move for the line (both Forms of Farfetch'd). Sharpness is now also the secondary ability of Sirfetch'd. Sirfetech'd gets the move by level up.

Note- Can use the stick held item. Would be considered to be a Kanto Pokémon but discovered in game set after the events of red and blue.

Un-Unique Abilities

Some of these are remakes of prior ideas

Copylopod and Mimillusc, the Mimic Pokemon
Name basis: copy+cephalopod, mimic+mollusc
Type-Psychic
Ability-Illusion (normal), Mimicry (Hidden)
Evolution: Copylopod-learn Reflect Type at Lv 32-Mimillusc
Egg group-Water 1/Human-shape
Gender ratio-50/50
Pokedex entry (Copylopod)
  • "An intervebrate with complete control of its musculature. It shares a recent common ancestor with Clobbopus"
  • "It uses a mix of the ability to shift its shape and change its coloration to impersonate other Pokemon. This requires concentration, so one good hit will cause it to lose this illusion"
Pokedex entry (Mimillusc)
  • "What it lacks in physical strength it makes up for in cunning. Its ability to impersonate is as good as a Zoroark"
  • "Even when in an unfamiliar environment they'll adapt in moments. Some Mimillusc instead alter their body to be better suited for the terrain"
Basis: The Copylopod line is meant to be a mimic octopus. This is also why Mimicry is an ability. It's meant to act as a counterpart of sorts to Clobbopus

Micrusus and Endursine, the Enduring Pokemon
Name basis: micro+ursus, endurance+ursine
Type-Bug/Water (Micrusus), Bug/Steel (Endursine)
Ability-Wonder Guard (Micrusus), Flash Fire (Endursine)
Evolution: Micrusus-Use Metal Alloy above Lv 30-Endursine
Egg group-Bug/Water 3
Gender ratio-50/50
BST
  • Micrusus: 270 (100 HP, 5 Atk, 75 Def, 5 Sp Atk, 80 Sp Def, 5 Speed)
  • Endursine: 510 (100 HP, 100 Atk, 120 Def, 80 Sp Atk, 80 Sp Def, 30 Speed)
Pokedex entry (Micrusus)
  • "This small Pokemon is one of the weakest Pokemon in existence, yet also one of the most durable. It's a bit of a mystery how something that normally minds its business in small ponds became so resilient"
  • "This Pokemon is capable of surviving in freezing and boiling water, at the bottom of the ocean and even in the vacuum of space. There is a mystic power protecting it"
Pokedex entry (Endursine)
  • "This Pokemon is able to survive and freely move around in the zero-G vacuum of space. Astronauts bring them on-board for menial work"
  • "A heat-resistent shell allows Endursine to re-enter the atmosphere without scorch marks, let alone a burn. This exoskeleton is being studied for potential developments in space travel.
Basis: The Micrusus line is my take on a tardigrade aka water bear. To justify another Pokemon baving Wonder Guard rather than giving it one hit point I made its stats trash albeit with some bulk (so Eviolite can make it good), with it becoming much better and gaining a lack of weakness as it evolves. Endursine has an astronaut motive with its armor

This is my upgrade to the initial team for the Unova elite 4 of black and white (so do not have access to expanded BW2 dex). I previously did this for the kalos elite 4 rematchs so they also had 6 Pokemon each but Unova has decent rematch teams. Was harder this time as the unova dex is more limited. Shauntal shows off both forms of Jellicent as there wasn’t enough ghosts otherwise but I think its fun and both would have different movesets. Mandibuzz would have to be under levelled (or the level of Unova elite 4 to be increased).

I we get Unova remakes I would've given a Hisuian form for a rematch:
Shauntal - H-Zoroark
Marshal - H-Lilligant
Grimsley - H-Samurott (and Kingambit)
Caitlin - H-Braviary

Alder or Iris can get a Basculegion:)

And my take on whole B2W2 Trainers:

And my take on whole B2W2 Trainers:

I will admit I was tempted to move scrafty over (from Grimsley to Marshall as it does suit him better) instead of Emboar but I didn't want to double up Zoroark from N's team given he's effectively the BW champion in initial battle. So I kept it close to their official teams but added one new member. I had a similar thought of the Hisuian forms for rematches as it does line up pretty perfectly type wise (plus Marshal with Hisuian Lilligant would be fun to see)

For Kalos I went for this

Quite nice Kalos Teams:)

I made this some time ago for Kalos full Team Rematches (maybe at Battle Chateau):

I specially like the idea of most trainers having one Pokémon from each of the 6 gens.

And here Hisuian type experts:)

I believe Peony not using G-Max Melmetal is a missed opportunity. For starters, him having Cooparajah just like Rose is boring. Secondly Mustard uses a Legend so giving one to Peony won't be such and issue. Lastly, Peony guides you through Dynamax adventures so him having a Legend makes a lot of sense.
He could've even release it and allow you to catch it once you finish the whole adventure ,(or a second one since it was never stated there's only one Melmetal).

28 Whirlwind
32 Super Fang
36 Taunt
40 Terrible Cry
44 Roost
51 Tailwind
56 Brave Bat
62 Boomburst
70 Night Slash

New Move
Brave Bat- (flying) Physical- 110 BP-5PP Deals damage and has 1/3rd Recoil but is not affected by accuracy/evasion modifiers such as sand attack or double team. (only learnt by bat Pokémon)
Terrible Cry- (Dark) Status-5PP- It sharply reduces the target's Defense by 2 stages (sound based)

Dex Entry 1- The Noibat that live deep in the caves with dusk stone often evolve into this form. While it is known to be incredibly annoying to people, it gets along well with Pokémon such a Crobat and Swoobat.

Dex Entry 2- While this creature initially looks less dangerous than Noivern when you observe it you'll find it is much more destructive when it wants to be. As this is a dangerous predatory Pokémon certain towns do not let their residents go out at night due to this terrible creature.

Appearance- looks like a larger Noibat but darker colouration with more traits from Vampire bats. Internal wing patagium are red.

This is a the signature Pokémon of a Flying type Elite four trainer- Carmilla
Her Team
Golbat, Swoobat, Crobat, Gliscor, Noivern & Anoibat. (in rematches she replaces Golbat with Alolan Crobat https://forums.serebii.net/threads/...-and-everything.378197/page-463#post-18649970)

In Pokémon masters she also has a Lunala and a Dusk Wings Necrozma. Claims to be related to Grimsley (though refuses to explain further). Takes inspiration from Vampires, Uses only bat and bat-like Pokemon.

Scrapcoon and Pestechno, the Urban Pest Pokemon
Name basis: scrap+raccoon, technology+pest
Type-Dark/Electric
Ability-Power Outage (if a Pokemon with this ability is on the field any Pokemon can be paralyzed, including other Electric types), Volt Absorb (Hidden Ability)
Gender ratio: 50/50
Egg group: Field
Evolution: Scrapcoon-Lv 30-Pestechno
Pokedex entry (Scrapcoon)
  • "Notorious pests of the urban scene. They like to collect discarded electronics"
  • "Close relatives of the Zigzagoon line, they're infamous for spilling bins in order to find used electronics"
Pokedex entry (Pestechno)
  • "These Pokemon have a fascination for technology and an aptitude for using it. Notorious for taking out power systems"
  • "Capable of creating a "black-out" event by absorbing electricity. They're often blamed for missing appliances"
Basis: The Scrapcoon line is another raccoon Pokemon but here it takes inspiration from the "trash panda" aspect. Namely, it being a best that causes trouble for urban environments. It is also based off animals stealing and rummaging for tech, along with thiefs of electrical appliances

Black Out
Type-Electric/Special
Atk-70
Acc-100
PP-15
Effect-Spread move. Is doubly effective against Electric types instead of resisted by

Gallpin and Cleanslot, the Detox Pokemon
Name basis: Gall (as in gall bladder) and Cleanse, combined with Gulpin and Swalot
Type-Psychic
Ability-Natural Cure/Immunity (normal), Poison Heal (Hidden)
Gender ratio-50/50
Egg group-Water 2
Evolution: Same as Gulpin
Pokedex entry (Gallpin)
  • "Looks remarkably like Gulpin, though this is a coincidence. It absorbs and purifies toxins"
  • "A living filtration system for poisonous materials. They share a number of similarities with a liver"
Pokedex entry (Cleanslot)
  • "Able to neutralize the poisons and enzymes of the nastiest Swalot. It generates psychic waves to help people overcome toxins"
  • "Initially found a kilometer underwater, they use psychic powers to travel in atmospheric pressures. It can cure any toxen
Basis: The Gallpin line is a convergent Pokemon to the Gulpin line, based on a different organ compared to the stomach Gulpin. In this case, a gall bladder becoming a liver. They are also based off a blobfish, with Gallpin being its depressurized state while Cleanslot looking more like blobfish in their native pressurized habitat

New Mega Evolutions
MegaDugtrio
Type-Ground/Ghost
Ability- Tough Claws
Requires Dugtrionite-K (only works on Kantonian Dugtrio)

HP-35
Attack-140
Special Attack-40
Defence- 80
Special Defence-80
Speed- 150
Total- 525

Dex Entry 1- Upon Mega evolving the triplets unleash their latent spiritual power. It chooses to use its shadow claws instead of risking exposing what it looks like below.

Dex Entry 2- The energy unleashed changes this Pokémon to a slate grey colour and from a distance it resembles moving graves. Some suspect this has led to several ghost stories.

Appearance -Looks like regular Dugrio but it has become grey (so it looks like a grave stone) and continues the tradition of Pokémon that look like they could be Rock/Ghost but are not.

Gains access to some ghost moves.

Mega Machamp
Requires Machampite
Type- Fighting/Dark
Ability-Magic Proof

HP-90
Attack- 145
Special Attack 65
Defence- 100
Special Defence-90
Speed- 115
Total-605

Dex Entry 1- When Machamp mega evolves it focuses on destroying its opponent by any means necessary. It is so cruel even mystic powers cannot stop it.

Dex Entry 2- Mega machamp is hard to control but its combat skill is still flawless. It is now willing to use less honourable combat techniques.

Magic Proof- Takes no damage from Fairy type moves.

Appearance- Resembles Machamp but the grey bits have now become red and it now looks much more aggressive. The ridges on its head are much more pronounced.

Year Of The Snake

Knock Out
Type-Fighting/Physical
Atk-N/A
Acc-30
Effect-Immediately knocks out the opponent if it manages to hit. Has more of an increased chance of hitting opponents the lower their level is
Note: This is a concept I have for a Fighting type-oriented evolution the same way certain evolution stones apply to certain types. Where you would have to take out the enemy x number of times

Snakrusher and Pythstricter, the Squeeze and Grapple Body Pokemon
Name basis: snake+crusher, python+constricter
Type-Fighting
Ability-Shed Skin/Guts (normal), Arena Trap (Hidden)
Evolution: Snakrusher-Use Knock Out to take out five opponents-Pythstricter
Egg group-Field
Gender ratio-50/50
Pokedex entry (Snakrusher)
  • "Snakrusher learn few, if any Poison type moves. Instead they subdue prey by constricting them"
  • "The fangs of this Pokemon lack poison glands. Their strength is almost entirely physical"
Pokedex entry (Pythstricter)
  • "Capable of squeezing something at such intensity even Machamp have a hard time avoiding their grasp. Only by instantly subduing multiple prey is a specimen considered worthy among their peers"
  • "Pythstricter and Grapploct possess a rivalry only apparent with a trainer. They can crush tungsten by wrapping their body around it"
Basis-The Snakrusher line is based off a constricting snake, more specifically a python. The Fighting type comes from it being a strength-specific means of attacking prey. It has a more subdued grappling wrestler trait to them, like Grapploct

Medicoil and Herpetepius, the Healer Pokemon
Name basis: Medicare+coil, herpetologist+Asclepius
Type-Psychic/Ground
Ability-Pastel Veil/Shed Skin (normal), Regenerator (Hidden)
Egg group-Field
Gender ratio-50/50
Evolution: Medicoli-Walk 1000 steps with the Lets Go feature-Herpetepius
Pokedex entry (Medicoil)
  • "Made partly out of clay, which has medicinal properties. Shed skin of this Pokemon help cure ailments"
  • "Popular among doctors for the curative properties of its shed scales. They usually travel in pairs"
Pokedex entry (Herpetepius)
  • "They grow a second head upon evolution, which doesn't hinder them in the slightest. It can spit mud that helps cure even strong poisons"
  • "Rumor has it that an old and particularly strong Herpetepius brought someone back from the dead. Their two heads give each other medical advice"
Basis: Medicoil is based off Asclepius and a rough take on the Aesculapian snake. Gaining a second head upon evolution is a references to polycephaly in snakes, but also the Rod of Asclepius. Its typing is because it is based on medicinal clay, along with both being the weakness of Poison types. One one of the only Pokemon capable of learning Revival Blessing, as a nod to how Asclepius was able to cure death (which is why Hades had Zeus smite him). This is also why it shares the evolution method of the others who use Revival Blessing

Vipake and Sudotoxia, the False Venom Pokemon
Name basis: Fake viper, Psuedo toxic
Type-Normal/Dark
Ability-Intimidate/Shed Skin (normal), Run Away (Hidden). Run Away is updated to allow the user to escape any trapping moves and ignore damage from moves that target fleeing opponents like Pursuit
Egg group-Field
Gender ratio-50/50
Evolution: Vipake-Lv 22-Sudotoxia
Pokedex entry (Vipake)
  • "This Pokemon is unable to use any Poison types. To psych out predators, it looks like a Poison type"
  • "In order to scare away threats, or trick prey, it invokes poisonous Pokemon like the Ekans line. Normally they're shy and reclusive"
Pokedex entry (Sudotoxia)
  • "This Pokemon was once persecuted due to being seen as a deadly venomous killer. Conservation efforts saved it from an endangered status"
  • "Capable of shaking its tail like a rattle and make its spit seem venomous, despite being incapable of poisoning anything. They're scared of actual Poison type Pokemon"
Basis: The Vipake line is an early game encounter based off the milk snake. The milk snake is a relatively harmless snake which looks like a far more poisonous one to deter predators. This deceptive element is why the Vipake line is Normal/Dark; it isn't mean or anything and is just being that way as a means to survive, but it uses deceptive and manipulative tactics akin to a Dark type. Its purple coloration and blotches around a white/beige body, along with evolution level, references the Ekans line

Mega Scyther
Bug/Flying
Ability- Sharpness
Requires- Scytherite

HP- 70
Attack- 155
Special Attack- 55
Defence- 95
Special Defence- 90
Speed- 135
Total- 600

The move Aerial Slice is added to Scyther's movepool,

Aerial Slice- (flying) Physical- BP75- 5PP- Deals damage and can hit Pokemon using Fly or Bounce. Boosted by sharpness.

Dex Entry 1- Scyther is the first known Pokemon that can mega evolve despite not being fully evolved. Some researchers believe that this is proof that all Pokemon can mega evolve with the right stiumuli. This is yet to be confirmed and some believe it is due to a rare mutation in Scyther due to its evolutions.

Dex Entry 2- Upon Mega evolution Mega Scyther is more aggressive but is still skilled enough to cut anything it wants into pieces. Only Mega Pinsir dares to challenge it to direct contact.

Appearance- Looks like Scyther but it's green bits become red (same colour as Scizor) and takes a more aggressive position. It's claws also become much sharper and same colour as Kleavor's axes.

Mega Hitmontop
Flying/Fighting (yes it's fighting becomes it's secondary type)
Ability- Wind Control
Requires- Hitmontopite

HP-50
Attack- 125
Special Attack- 125
Defence- 30
Special Defence-115
Speed- 110
Total- 555

Tornado Impact is added to Scyther's movepool , Also Gains flying moves like defog and Air Slash and some wind based moves like Whirlwind and heatwave

Tornado Impact- (Flying) Physical- BP-80- 5PP Does damage and removes all entry hazards. Wind based move.

Wind Control- Automatically sets up Tailwind when switches in and makes this Pokemon Immune to damage from wind based moves.

Dex Entry 1- Upon Mega evolution Hitmontop spins so fast it becomes a living tornado. This leaves it vulnerable to direct damage for anything that can get close enough as it cannot properly guard itself. But only the hardiest of foes can get close.

Dex Entry 2- Mega Hitmontop is a strong physical fighter but prefers to attack from a distance to avoid anyone getting close. It can destroy an entire village if the mood takes it.

Appearance- Looks like Hitmontop but it has a full tornado below it. Spins constantly in battle.

loves to trade pokemon
I think that when you start the game you should be prompted to set when your birthday is. (The date you set cannot be changed.) Then on your bday and only on that day your shiny odds are boosted, kinda like the shiny charm but it's a once a year boost and does not require you filling out the Pokedex.

A handful of NPCs have special dialogue on your birthday (Dawn and/or Lucas did in dppt, so I'm thinking your mom, the professor, and your rival/friend do.)

Crabhammer has now become an egg move for both forms of Paras.

Dex Entry 1- In Kalos after some recent experiments to see what happens to Paras when their eggs are not exposed to the tochukaso. This form was the result. It has since escaped to the wilds of Kalos and developed immunity to spores

Den Entry 2- While this version of Paras is immune to the spores it still will does not get along with Kalosian Paras. Some research indicates this form is similar to what Paras was like in ancient times before Tochukaso

Appearance- Looks like Paras but without Mushrooms.

Nyphfurious
Type- Bug/Dark
Ability- Overcoat
Hidden ability- Magic Bounce
Evolves from Kalosian Paras at level 24

Dex Entry 1- Nyphfurious has adapted to the wilds of Kalos. It gets aggressively hunts Foongus whenever they find one.

Dex Entry 2- Nyphfurious is an angry Pokemon. It's addition to Kalos is starting to have a negative effect on the local grass Pokemon. If it encounters a Parasect it slices it with no mercy

Appearance- Looks like a larger Paras but more aggressive and much larger claws.

Cicruelty
Bug/Dark
Type- Bug/Dark
Ability- Overcoat
Hidden ability- Magic Bounce

HP- 100
Attack- 140
Special Attack- 50
Defence- 90
Special Defence- 120
Speed- 100
Total-600

6- False Swipe
6- Bug Bite

49- Thrash
50- Night Slash
54- X-Scissor
60- Guillotine

Dex Entry 1- Cicruelty is the proof that the Tochukaso holds Paras back from it's potential. It is so powerful even Goodra is hesitant to challenge it. While it is too large to fly its new wings are useful weapons.

Dex Entry- 2-Cicruelty is a very powerful Pokemon. It aggressively hunts Amoonguss to the point that they are starting to become endangered in certain areas of Kalos. Few can withstand it.

New Move
Anti-fungal fury- (Dark)- BP80- 5PP- If an opponent has used a Powder or Spore move this turn attack does double damage.

Appearance- Looks like a larger Paras but more aggressive and much larger claws. It also has large wings which resembles cicada wings (though it doesn't use them for flight.)

Not Another Unown Evolution

Mysterious Stone
Item
Effect-Evolves Unown under certain circumstances when held, increases the power of "Hidden" and "Secret" moves by 50%

New Unown forms
Unown Digit forms: Unowns in the form of the numbers 0-9, along with a plus and minus. They will achieve a different form when used for evolution

Enigmon, the Symbol Pokemon
Name basis: Engima and Mon (as in Pokemon)
Type-Psychic/Ground (Offensive Form), Psychic/Rock (Defensive Form)
Ability
  • Offensive Form: Engimatic Energy (gives the user a 50% increase on moves that are the same type as their Hidden Power)
  • Defensive Form: Engimatic Barrier (gives the user a 50% damage reduction if hit by a move that is the same type as their Hidden Power)
Evolution
  • Offensive Form: Unown (A-Z, ! and ? form)-Lv up in battle while holding a Mysterious Stone and at least two other Unown in the party-Enigmon
  • Defensive Form: Unown (0-9, + and - form)-Lv up in battle while holding a Mysterious Stone and at least two other Unown in the party-Enigmon
BST-536
  • Offensive Form: 48 HP, 122 Atk, 73 Def, 122 Sp Atk, 73 Sp Def, 98 Speed
  • Defensive Form: 98 Speed, 73 Atk, 122 Def, 73 Sp Atk, 122 Sp Def, 48 Speed
Pokedex entry (Engimon in general)
  • "A mysterious Pokemon manifested through an equally mysterious stone. It is capable of understanding any language, no matter how obscure"
  • "It drives power from another dimension. Its true nature has been undeciphable by any human researcher"
Pokedex entry (specific to form)
  • Offensive Form: "An entity that embeds itself on ancient structures. It has a deep understanding of the power of Pokemon"
  • Defensive Form: "A being that incarnates itself with ancient material. It has a deep understanding of the nature of Pokemon"
Forms: Asides from the Offensive and Defensive Forms, which prioritize certain stat traits, they have abilities tied into them, there are also sub-forms. The "head" is an embedded Unown of the shape it was in the center. Across them are lesser markings which are either 1s and 0s (referencing binary) in Offensive Form or As and Es (the two most commonly used vowels) in Defensive Form
Basis: Enigmon is inspired in part with the unused concept which seems to have a bunch of Unown embedded it. In Offensive Form it is more humanoid and clay-like, while in Defensive Form it is more quadrupedal and akin to a bunch of blocks being put together (think how typically Ground is more soft-looking and Rock is more hard-looking). Glyph
