1. Defeat the Elite 4 5 times.
2. Talk to your mom.
3. Talk to the Professor.
4. Trade a water type Pokemon for a fire type Pokemon.
5. Use that fire type Pokemon and level it up 1 level.
6. Use that fire type Pokemon to defeat at least 1 of the Elite 4's Pokemon.
7. A Shiny Mew will be in its place.

When HP is below 10% of the Pokemon's Maximum HP, it's next move will strike first with a 100% chance of a critical hit. But the move's accuracy will decrease by 15%.

Name: Hidden Power.
Effect: When HP is lowered to about 1/3, every stat is raised by 1 stage, but Accuracy is lowered by 5% and the Pokemon loses 1/16th of health every turn.

That's only really be broken on Blissey or Wondertomb, imo.

Effect: When this Pokemon is inflicted with a status effect, Defense and Special Defense will lower 1 Stage and Attack, Special Attack and Speed will increase 1 stage.

2: battle all gym leaders with that bidoof
3: make sure he won't evolve
4: challenge the E4 with the bidoof (still not evolved)
5: make sure you beat the E4 the first time you challenge otherwise you have to restart you're game.
6: after you beat the E4 and saw the credits go to the Battle frontier
7: battle those 2 dudes at the entrance.
8: Now level the bidoof up to level 100
9: congrats you now have a level 100 bidoof

Effect: When this Pokemon faints, its HP is replenished by half and every stat is reset to +1. However, the item is ignored and the Pokemon loses 1/8th of its HP every turn (so it effectively lasts 4 turns without a recovery move).
