Pokemon Amethyst
This game will have you start in Kanto then move on to Johto after you beat the Kanto Elite 4. After you beat the Johto region, which you start anew, you beat the Elite 4 so you can acess Kanto and your former pokemon. You can then choose to move to Hoenn and beat that region after again starting anew. Then you go to Sinnoh and do the same thing. Finally you go to the Unova region and after you beat the Elite 4, you can then revisit the other regions. And to make it even more fun, you can have it so you can download the new generations as they come out. When you beat the Elite 4 of a region you can revisit the other regions you have already beat.

I've made a fakedex... lots of fakemon here, I'll give names, meanings, types, and some details. Most of the image is up to your imagination, although I have sketched a good amount of them. The Pokedex is not complete, just gotta finish artwork, moves, and abilities. Which will take forever and I doubt I will upload here.

For Stunfisk/Maggyo, instead of sand veil I would rather have storm drain as its Dreamworld ability instead.

New Pokemon legend/mission:

Legend: There was once a fierce storm over all the oceans. It's power was so great that it threatened all life on Earth. Even the mighty aquatic Pokemon like Kyogre and Lugia were powerless to stop it, but a quintet of Pokemon who held balance over the Ocean were able to keep it from spreading. Even with their power holding it back, it was still dealing heavy damage to the sea and its inhabitants. In the end, the most powerful of these Pokemon shed its shell and made it grow into a great palace to contain the storm. The power of the storm faded and was locked away by the palace. In order to keep it concealed, the Pokemon who had forged the temple vowed to remain eternally concealed along with it in the bottom room of the palace. Then, the four other legendaries created four altars which sealed away the bottom portion of the palace; each one of them guarding the key to one of the altars. Only these four Pokemon have the ability to enter the depths of the palace without unlocking all four altars; but even then they at least need to unlock their own altars. After all of this, each one of them left and took refuge in one of the four Conch Chambers. Over time, the Conch Chambers and palace were forgotten and the palace sank into the sand on the beach.

It starts out at the Conch Palace, a palace long buried in the sand far below a remote beach. It is shaped like a giant, white conch shell with four rings covered in glistening seashells. One day, it suddenly erupts from the sand and a storm begins to spread over the surrounding sea. Also, one of the rings around it is pitch-black and emanating a dark aura. You go to investigate it and enter through the door in the front. Inside there is a circle in the center of the room; around it there are three altars with circular holes in them: one Light-blue, one Metallic-gray, and one Brown. These three are separated from each other at 90 degree angles, but there is a fourth one at the back (picture a clock; the Blue altar is at 3:00, the Gray is at 6:00, the Brown is at 9:00, and the fourth one is at 12:00); this one is pitch-black and has a huge fissure going up through the center of it.
You are told that there are four legendary Pokemon: Arcticone, Metalicone, Seismicone, and Havocone, who each hold keys to the depths of the palace. When you tell the other characters that the back altar had been broken, they tell you that this must mean Havocone had entered into the lower part of the palace. You go to investigate Havocone's Conch Chamber and find it destroyed, having been struck by lightning. This alarms the others, who tell you that it is more than likely that Havocone, enraged by the loss of its home, had gone to the Conch Palace in hopes of taking over and making it it's new home. The problem is, whenever one of the altars is broken, it releases some of the power from the ancient storm, and if all were broken, the only thing holding in any of the storm's power would be Majesticon, the leader of the conch Pokemon. Also, if Majesticon were defeated, it would mean the power holding the storm in would gradually fade even if the other altars remained.
You are now told to get the keys from Arcticone, Seismicone, and Metalicone in order to get into the depths of the palace and stop Havocone. Every time you use one of the keys, another ring on the Palace turns black, the dark aura gets bigger, and the storm spreads. Once you unlock all of them and traverse the depths of Conch Palace, you come up to a much bigger altar which is filled with cracks and looks as if it is about to burst. In front of it are Havocone and Majesticon; Majesticon looks like it's about to faint, so you step up and battle Havocone. You can't catch it; you need to make it faint. When you beat it, it changes form; when you challenge it it looks pure evil, but now it looks just like an average Pokemon. Apparently when it challenged Majesticon, the evil power of the ancient storm had been released into its body, using it as a vessel to try and completely destroy Majesticon. Now that the storm has been defeated (literally), everything goes back to normal (except that Havocone's Conch Chamber is still wrecked and the Conch Palace is no longer buried in sand).
Now you can re-challenge Havocone at the ruins of its Conch Chamber and have the ability to catch it. Also, once you have all four of the others, Majesticon joins you because it respects your valor and is thankful that, with the storm gone for good, it is now free to leave the Conch Palace for the first time in a few thousand years.

Description: It gains the loyalty of others by causing the gems on its shell to glow. Anybody whose head it rests on gains the ability to command the loyalty of people and Pokemon.

EDIT: Just added one thing to tie up the loose ends here:
I said that Havocone was possessed by the evil spirit of the storm, but I realize there would need to be an explanation for why the storm is alive. The storm was caused by the restless spirit of Abysseidon, the Astral Pokemon, who was long ago imprisoned by Arceus for his foul deeds and chained in the dark abyss at the bottom of the sea. It is a power-hungry Pokemon who became jealous of those who have the ability to roam freely throughout the sea, land and air, so it used its ability to astrally project itself to wreak havoc upon the sea and all who inhabit it. It's astral spirit rose from the sea and manifested itself in the form of the great storm.

Now to add a bit to the present portion of the scenario:
After you calm the rage of Havocone, the astral spirit of Abysseidon returns to its long-dormant body at the bottom of the sea. Abysseidon awakens, extremely furious at the world above for foiling it's evil plot. It's anger becomes so great that it was able to shatter its chains and release itself from its aquatic prison. When it emerges from the depths its first priority is to destroy the Conch Palace which had imprisoned its spirit for so long. This event occurs once you have obtained Majesticon, at which time the palace starts to quake and you flee immediately; you are actually there and see Abysseidon demolish the Conch Palace. After it has destroyed the palace, Abysseidon turns around, glares at you for a moment, and then rushes towards you, starting the battle.

Abysseidon: Astral Pokemon
Normal/Ghost-type
Ability: Astral Projection: Physical attacks have their power halved
Description: It can project its spirit to monitor its surroundings. It has been imprisoned at the bottom of the sea for thousands of years.

I have a great idea for a bonus story quest in the future 3DS exclusive third versoin of Black and White! Here it goes! After the defeat of N and the Team Plasma Boss some of the Sages escape from prison and go to a secret underground base. In that secret underground base they open a highly secure vault. In that highly secure vault is a deadly, mutated form of the Pokerus... The name of this deadly virus is ( Pokerus X ) or ( Poke X ) for short. Like the Pokerus, Pokerus X makes Pokemon grow and level up faster and it also makes their attacks and defence much stronger. However... It has a polor opposite effect on humans... Making them weaker to the point where the human actually dies! The bonus story begins when a Team Plasma Sage appears in a local store in one of the Unova cities ( your one friend just happens to be in that store at the time ) Suddenly the Sage pulls out a small capsule containing the Poke X virus and Shouts out: POKEMON! SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR HUMAN FRIENDS CAUSE WITHIN DAYS THEY ARE GONNA DIE!!! The sage then smashes capsule and it realeses the virus... The people inhale the virus but don't know it and just assume that it was some crazy person. The next day however those people including your friend get very sick and are quarentined. The incedent makes headlines all over Unova, you just happend to have finished reading about it in the Global Link building when suddenly a Plasma Sage appears in the building ( you don't know it's a Plasma Sage yet) walks in center of the room and pulls out a capsule containing the Poke X virus the Plasma sage shouts the same thing as the one earlier but this time, you manage to stop him before he can release the deadly virus. (Continued on next post )

(PART 2) The capsule hits the ground but doesn't break. You are able to grab the capsule before the Sage does but then the Sage removes his discuise and reveals himself. He then challenges you to a battle. After you beat him Looker appears, arrests the Sage and asks you to give him the capsule. After you give him the capsule he interegates the Plasma Sage. The sage reveals that he is part of a group of Radicals in Team Plasma. He also reveals that they had a backup plan ( Project Poke X ) The backup plan was that if they couldn't free the Pokemon from trainers they would just use the Pokerus X virus to wipeout the human population instead. But your character manages to talk some sense into him. ( What!? Your saying your Pokemon love you and they would be very sad if you died? Wow... I... Never thought of that... ) The Sage then reveals the location of the secret underground base. Looker tells you to go and stop Team Plasma once again while he takes the capsule to the lap to try and find a cure to Pokerus X. You go into the under ground base and encounter three Plasma Sages. They Challenge you to a Triple battle and you defeat them. After you walk down a bit you encounter the boss of Team Plasma! He ask's how the heck did you find this place!? Then says it doesn't matter... He then quickly pulls out a capsule containing the Poke X virus and smashes it! ( Continued on next Post )

( Part 3 ) The boss of Team Plasma then says: IF I CAN'T WIPEOUT THE HUMAN POPULATION THEN I'LL JUST HAVE TO DESTROY MYSELF AND TAKE YOU WITH ME!!! Then the battle insues... But... Before the battle can begin Looker appears ( with a bunch of police officers ) and arrests The Plasma Boss, this time saying he'll put him in a Maximum Security Prison. However he then uses a scanner on you and says ( Player Name ) You have done a great job in stopping Team Plasma once and for all... Unfortanatly... You too have been infected with the Pokerus X virus and we will have to quarentine you... I'm sorry... But you can't take your Pokemon with you... We can't have them being infected with this deadly virus until we have a cure. But I promise you we will give them back when we find a cure... They then take you to a quarentine room. You walk up to the door and a message appears and says: (The door is Locked tight and won't open...) But then the door opens and Looker, Professor Juniper, and your Mom walk in. Looker then says: (Player Name) I have some great news! We have found a cure to the Poke X virus!! He explains that in order to cure the Pokerus X virus a Pokemon with a special bloodtype must donate some of it's blood to the infected human. Then the human SHOULD develop the imunnity to the virus that the Pokemon have... He explains that other trainers including Gym Leaders have Volenteered their Pokemon to donate their Blood. And then asks you if you could volenteer your Pokemon. So you agree and then Professor Juniper says she is very proud of you! ( Continued on next Post )

( Part 4 ) Then a nurse walks in and says ( Player Name ) I have to take a sample of your Blood to determine your Blood type. After the nurse takes a blood sample she says thank you and leaves. Your Mom then says you should get some rest. You fall asleep, the Pokemon Heal tone Plays but... Stops halfway thourgh... Then a message appears: Player Name... Player Name... You then wake up to find your Mom, Looker, and the Nurse from earlier next to your bed. You hear you Mom say No... I'll tell him ( or her if you pick the girl trainer ) She then walks up close to your bed and says: ( Player Name ) There's somthing I have to tell you... All of the people who have been infected with the Pokerus X virus have been cured... But... You have a rare bloodtype that has rejected all the Pokemon's blood types... The Doctor says at best you only have a few days to live... Then she begins to cry... But then... The Doctor comes in and says: Everyone! I have some great news! We have finally found a Pokemon with the right bloodtype! Quickly! Let's get ( Player Name ) to the ER! When you enter the ER they put you to sleep... Then the Pokemon Healing tone chimes... This time Chiming the full tone! When you wake up you find Your Mom, Looker, and Professor Juniper next to your bed. Your Mom says: Player Name! I'm so glad you are awake! Professor Juniper then explaines you had a rare bloodtype that didn't accept most Pokemon bloodtypes but that a Pokemon with a special bloodtype gave you some of it's blood and cured the Pokerus X virus that infected you! What Pokemon is that you ask? She then throws a Pokeball in the air and the Pokemon is... ( Gasp ) Your Starter Pokemon!!! Then your Mom says this Pokemon was the only Pokemon that had the right bloodtype! It saved your life ( Player Name ) Your Pokemon then jumps on your bed and Cuddles up to you! Then the nurse comes in and says your recovery is going well and you should be out in a day or two! Your Mom then says she'll give your other Pokemon back when you feel better. Then the heal tone chimes again! Your character wakes up and your Mom comes in and says: Player Name! The Doctor says your all better now and can leave today! Then the screen goes blank one more time and you find yourself at home. Looker comes and says you have done a great job in stopping Team Plasma and apoligises about having to put you through all that. Then he leaves and the Bonus quest is offically over and you do anything you want from that point on! So how bout that huh? Not to bad for someone whos not a good storyteller. Eh?

Pokemon: Metamew
Amplified Seismic Pokemon
Type: Steel, Psychic
Ability: Clear Body
After the Mewtwo incident, a mad scientist decided to take a Mew's DNA to amplify the power of a Metagross beyond imagination.

Signature Move: Seismic Void-
Type: Dark
Damage: 100
Accuracy: 100
Info: 50% chance confusion

Stats (in general)
Attack: Above Average
Defense: Above Average
Sp. Attack: Very High
Sp. Defence: Below Average
Speed: Very Slow

Appearance: A Metagross with a distortion of space around it. It is in a darker shade of blue, and has silver spikes- much like Metagross. It's eyes glow much more, making the appearance much more menacing. It is also slightly larger.

Extra Info: Being artificially created, it was driven mad by the endless tests. Not 3 weeks into creation, it's psychic powers become very apparent. VERY APPARENT when a large distortion of space rapidly expands over the lab, and disappearing into an unknown place.

Where it is found: In some of the games I am planning. There is Pokemon Sun, Pokemon Moon, and Pokemon Galaxy. It will be part of a side-quest.
