New Abilities:
Detour
Effect: If the foe uses U-turn/Volt Switch/Parting Shot/Baton Pass, the Pokemon the foe chooses is replaced by another Pokemon randomly. (So, basically, if you use U-turn against a Detour Pokemon and choose another Pokemon of your team, that Pokemon isn't chosen, but rather another appears randomly very similar to Whirlwind, now of course you can choose something that you DON'T want, so you have a higher chance of getting what you want, but this stops the momentum, so this ability is useful to put momentum moves at bay

Stop Sign
Effect: Blocks the switching effects of U-turn/Volt Switch/Parting Shot/Baton Pass. Another momentum stopper and can also shake baton pass teams.

Tribute
Effect: This ability can be activated once in battle. If a team-member were to faint, this Pokemon's ability can tribute to take the hit (and faint, regardless of damage) instead.

Mewthree
Type-Psychic/Ghost
Ability-Maddening Aura(moves have a chance of causing confusion)
Description-"Mewtwo's own power overwhelmed it, creating an abomination. It cares only about attacking others." "The power of Mewthree transcends time and space. Its mind has been all but destroyed."
Basis-Much like how Mewtwo is based off Giegue, Mewthree is based off Giygas

Mega Dusknoir
Type: Ghost, Dark
Ability: Levitate

HP: 65 (+20)
Attack: 120 (+20)
Defense: 165 (+30)
Special Attack: 75 (+10)
Special Defense: 165 (+30)
Speed: 35 (-10)
Total: 625

The mouth on its stomach is enlarged, and receives two red glowing eyes. It grows two more arms, and it's fists become much larger. It appears much more bulky.
Dusknoir receives a small addition to its special attack because almost all Megas receive 10 or 20 points in something useless. It's defenses are strongly increased, and its attack stat is very strong. Immune to three very common types, Mega Dusknoir would be incredibly strong.

Mega Girafarig
Type: Dark, Psychic
Ability: Intimidate

HP: 90 (+20)
Attack: 80
Defense: 85 (+20)
Special Attack: 120 (+30)
Special Defense: 85 (+20)
Speed: 95 (+10)
Total: 555

The dark half of its body is switched with the lighter half, and its eyes become more intimidating than what they were. The spikes on its back are enlarged.
Although many Pokemon still outspeed it, it has the bulk to take a hit. Its new typing gives it only two weaknesses, and an immunity to psychic. Unfortunately, it doesn't resist anything. If you were to transfer a Girafarig with Sucker Punch from the previous games, it would get STAB. It's not the strongest mega, but it could be a valuable member to your team.

Mega Kricketune
Type: Bug, Fighting
Ability: Speed Boost

HP: 107 (+30)
Attack: 125 (+40)
Defense: 41 (-10)
Special Attack: 55
Special Defense: 41 (-10)
Speed: 115 (+50)
Total: 485

Appears much less bulky, but its mustache appears to have grown much thicker. A very physical and speedy kind of look. It's blades seem too large for its thin and frail body.
Mega Kricketune is extremely unlikely, which is why I kind of just went insane here. Its defenses are both lowered, but its speed is increased insanely. Although many other Pokemon have a speed of 115, all Kricketune needs to do is Protect, and then he outspeeds, thanks to Speed Boost. Even without Speed Boost, Mega Kricketune outspeeds threats like Espeon, Heliolisk, Mega Lucario, Garchomp, etc. He's very frail, but he could take a hit thanks to his increase in HP.

New move i'd like to see the move Light of Ruin added to Xerneas's movepool even if only from a special event. It would be very destructive.

Outside of Battle: Attracts Pokemon in the wild that carry dark type moves.

Legendary events

Latias/Latios event
In-game, you will notice a quiet male or female who resembles a humanoid Eon member. Think Bianca in the anime(the movie, not the Black And White character). An event gives you the Illusion Decoder, which reveals the Eon Pokemon. In addition to being an event, this Pokemon has a Hidden Ability-Illusion. It can only be captured when you have the other Eon Pokemon in your party

Diancie/Mega Diancie event
Diancie disguises itself as an exceedingly valuable diamond cocoon

Hoopa event
A Pokemon seen in X and Y, Hoopa is responsible for the void in the Chamber of Emptiness. The event item Wormhole will allow you to transport to the pocket dimension where the glorious cave once was

Volcanion event
Volcanion is found relatively early, like Victini. It is found hiding at a resort next to Lavaridge Town, where Team Aqua/Magma wants to use it for their ventures. It is Level 30, with Steam Eruption as part of its arsenal

Jirachi event
Jirachi can only be activated with the Wishtag item. It is normally the inert white stone, but the Wishtag will awaken it. Jirachi has a Primal form, which is Steel/Fairy with Psychic aura and greater access to Fairy moves

Deoxys event
Deoxys is found after seven days in the Space Center. You go up to the Space Centre to stop the troublesome Deoxys. Later on you get to fight the boss of that region, Tate and Liza's dad. In this area there isn't any gravity. He cloned another Deoxys, which has a green crystal. He uses a Porygon-Z, Solrock, Lunatone, Beheeyem, Clefable and finally reveals in battle Deoxys' Harmonized forme. Up here a Pokemon's Flying type no longer exists and Ground moves cannot do a thing(Tornadus simply becomes Normal). Deoxys' harmonized forme is BST 100 in all stats, and gains the secondary Poison type. It gains the ability Clear Body. Its type chart:
* Quadruple resistance to Fighting
* Resistant to Fairy, Grass and Poison
* Weak to Ground, Ghost and Dark

Mew event
Mew is found in the aftergame of Hoenn where you get to go to the now emptied and collapsed Cerulean Cave. The Pokemon that once lived there are found in the Cerulean Reserve. The Worker's Key allows you to go in, and find Mew. You have to chase Mew across the region, where Dittos will pretend to be Mew. Once Mew is catched, go to the Cinnabar Lab. Mew has a Primal form. Primal Mew is a Psychic type with the ability Protean

Bolt the Cat

Bringing the Thunder
So, I was thinking about Hoenn's Battle Frontier, and I came up with an idea for a new type of battle facility. I call it the Battle Park, and essentially it's like a Safari Zone and a battle facility in one. You start out by being sent into a patch of tall grass to catch some Pokemon (a few random ones out of a large pool of Pokemon). You can use your existing party Pokemon for this part and you're given a limited amount of time to catch some Pokemon. When you're done, you pick 3 of them to keep and you have to battle with them. Regardless of how well you do, you get to keep the Pokemon you battled with when you're done, but you can also win BP in battles like usual (like the Battle Maison, you would win 1 BP per battle).

Also, Pokemon caught in the Battle Park also have a chance of having their Hidden Abilities.

I did a similar idea before, but gonna revamp it a bit:

The idea is based on the "original Dragon" from the Unova mythos.

Ramremrom (etymology from ReshiRAM + KyuREM [holding piece/shell] + ZekROM)
Type: Dragon
Ability: Elemental (Gives 50% boost to Electric/Fire/Ice moves)
Dex: A mythical dragon that existed in ancient times. It later split into Reshiram and Zekrom with Kyurem being the holding piece.
Stats (BST):
Total: 710
HP: 114
Atk: 150
Def: 100
SpA: 150
SpD: 100
Spe: 96

Level up moves:
-- Tri Attack
-- Fire Fang
-- Ice Fang
-- Thunder Fang
-- Dragon Rage
-- Ancient Power
-8 Imprison
15 Thunder Bolt + Flamethrower + Ice Beam
28 Dragon Breath
36 Slash
43 Zen Headbutt
50 Fusion Bolt + Fusion Flare + Fusion Cold (new move only for this Pokemon and NOT Kyurem, an ice variation of the other moves - special)
54 Dragon Claw
64 Perish Song
71 Crunch
78 Thunder
85 Outrage
92 Hyper Voice
100 Bolt Strike + Blue Flare + Ice Age (a new move for this Pokemon and NOT Kyurem, an ice variation of the other moves - special)

-Special moves via event-
Elemental Wrath (A 120 power/85 acc/5pp physical version of Tri-Attack with double the chance to either burn, freeze or paralyze)
Icicle Crush
Flare Blitz
Dragon Dance

Primal/Origin (Mega) Arceus
Type: Unknown (or ???) - this type returns (everything is neutral against it), also when Mega Arceus uses Judgement it is of this type.
Ability: Element Lord (Fancy name for a Protean Clone)
Stats:
BST: 820 (Highest BST of all megas and unique Mega BST boost by 120, the only one in the game as well)
HP: 140 (Only Mega to increase in HP)
Atk: 140
Def: 140
SpA: 140
SpD: 140
Spe: 140

New Abilities:
Thunder Cloud - Boosts the power of Electric-typed moved in the Rain by 30%.

Anti-Change - Prevents the foe from changing forms/Mega Evolving/Transforming. Also prevents the ability Illusion from working.

Infectious - If the user has a status and the foe makes physical contact, the foe will get the same status alignment. The main differences between this and synchronize is that Sleep, Freeze, Confusion, Infatuation can work too. Also, you can strategically switch into a physical attack to "put something to sleep" after you have used Rest for example.

Button Presser
New ability: Time Warp - When this Pokemon is sent out slower Pokemon will go first for 5 turns.

Why should weather teams have all the instant condition fun?

Mock Punch
Type: Dark
Power: 60
Accuracy: 95
PP: 15
Effect: 30% chance to disable foe's ability.

Back Off
Type: Dark
Power: 60
Accuracy: 90
PP: 10
Effect: Forces foe to switch.

Quick Sand
Type: Ground
Power: ---
Accuracy: 90
PP: 5
Effect: Lowers speed 1 stage and traps foe 2-5 turns.

New Abilities:

Sleep Sprinter
Doubles Speed when asleep.

Sleep Walker
Automatic "Sleep Talk" when asleep.

Dreamer
Gains 12.5% of its HP while asleep.

Subconscious
A move used by the user can have the effect of another move by the user (chosen at random). So, basically 1/4 chance to choose the effect of any effects of the moves the user has (including the move selected). Say for example you have Lava Plume / Earth Power / Shell Smash / Rock Slide, if you choose Rock Slide for example you can either have the flinch rate of rock slide, the burn rate of Lava Plume or the SpD dropping rate of EP (of course since SM isn't an offensive move it isn't selected)

Terraform
Raises the power of Ground-type attacks when hit by a fire-typed move

Anti-Hazard
As long as this Pokemon is in the battlefield, no Status moves can be used. Also, the effects of status-inducing moves are nullified. This includes for both user and foe.

Toxify
Normal moves are turned into Poison-typed moves. They are also boosted.

Status Sponge
Redirects status moves into the wielder of this ability. A lightningrod for status moves. Useful for double/triples obviously.
