I'm not trawling through 113 pages to see if this pokemon exists, but hey. This I would have placed in Sinnoh ice areas, but would work in another generation:
Polardae- the polar bear pokemon
An offensive pokemon using its large attack stat to attack with an array of ice, dark, normal and fighting type moves. Its ice typing means it i quite poor defensively but has access to bulk-up and rest to offset this, as well as adequate physical defense and HP.
Moves include Ice Fang, Crunch etc, Brick break, focus blast etc, double edge, the standard ice attacks.
The pokemon is not a powerhouse but provides a nice slow physical wall/attacker of the ice type. Ability is intimidate.
