Creepiest Pokemon Design Basis

Just a fun little idea for a thread I had. In your opinion, what's the creepiest thing they could design a Pokemon off of, and why is it creepy? It doesn't have to be an existing Pokemon; in fact it'd probably be easier to think one up if you looked outside of what has been done so far.

I'll start off. Tapeworms. They're long, wiggly, have little claw like things around their mouth they can use to latch onto something, and live inside the stomachs of other organisms.

Another one is the sea lamprey, which Gorebyss takes some inspiration from. They have big sucker mouths they can latch onto prey with and suck their blood out like leeches.

Gory hentai. A pokemon based on that would scare my life away.

Personally, I think it's hard to get scarier than Paras and Parasect, based off of the parasitic caterpillar fungus. Seriously, read up on that stuff. It's creepy.

An angler fish. Not a cutesy thing like lanturn, but the sort that live in the abyss ; lure prey to thier demise in its sharp teeth.

How about a human centipede that you can't run away from, switch out, Phaze, and can't even faint?

How about the Mananangal, a Filipino ghost/monster/creature folklore? It's design could be of a beautiful lady at the start, but then divides itself (it's real form) when battling at night or is hit? It could have a diverse moveset due to it's transformation. However, in the morning, it has the wonderguard ability. It could be a Ghost/Flying type.
