Yah, I need help with nature, EVs and movesets for kingdra and cresselia.

I like this bulkie anti-sandstream Kingdra:

- Draco Meteor

Standard Cresselia with some options, good wall:

252 HP / 126 Def / 126 Sp.Def / 4 Speed
- Ice Beam
- Charge Beam / Grass Knot / Psychic
- Rest / Moonlight
- Sleep Talk / Light Screen / Reflect

What about giving kingdra that item that makes rain dance last longer?

Grass Knot isn't a good option IMO. Charge Beam is there for Gyarados, and the only time that I can think of that you would use Grass Knot is on Tyranitar (you wouldn't fight TTar with Cress anyway) or on Swampert/Rhyperior. Ice Beam to cover dragons.

You can try this different approach at Kingdra

Kingdra @ Focus Sash
Trait: Snipe
Adamant Nature
6 HP/ 252 ATK/ 252 SPD
- (Physical Move)
- Flail
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall

The first mvoe is up to your own judgement, as for the rest, the idea is to use Focus Sash because Kingdra will probably get OHKO'ed and use a Dragon Dance so when its one HP and you've done Dragon Dance, you out run the majority of Pokemon and abuse the effect of Flail to its full extent. I've played around with this myself and its OHKO'ed Blissey and 2HKO'ed a Aerodactyl with Flail. Problem with this is your very susceptible to things like Sandstorm and Ghost types so watch out.

But for kingdra as a special sweeper wouldn't it be better to max sp atk?
