Joe the Bow - The rule doesn't state if the waiting list is full, it says "3 people at a time and 3 requests per post." Don't try to blame me.

TheBluePorygon - Thank you for handling a one week ban correctly, but you were an hour after the third requester. Sorry. You can try again July 5th.

It is your responsibility to check if three people already requested before you. If you are a minute or so after the third requester, I won't ban you, but your request will not get done.
