Custom Avatar! Still not sure!!

Ive been here a while and I still want to know how to make a custom avatar!! Not from the list to choose from, can someone help me?

You need to have a link from your own pics or a site containg the pic u want.

You can make a custom avatar on MS paint or any other image editor, you just won't have the power to use them here.

Working to become a mod just for an avatar is a lame excuse to attempt becoming one.

We're already filled up on staff members, so we're not grabbing anyone unless we really need more people.
