def. go adamant on medicham. and as for its item, you could give it a salac berry. with bulk up, it'll probably end a turn at <25% to activate it, then it can start HULKSMASHing. and rock slide > recover.

Yeah i could try for a Adamant but getting once with 31 IVs in attack and 30IVs in spped isn't easy to get again. I cant stand Hypnosis...(ive had a bad experince).

Bolt Beam should scare you. Milo isn't a special sponge. It takes the odd Special hit, but gets hit a lot harder than say what Mr Ice would.

Brick Break is one of the shittyest moves in history. Only ever use it on things that get STAB ond who can't get anything better. Poliwrath and Heracross basically.
Use Hi Jump Kick plox.
