D Dragon Way

I was thinkin of creating a Dragon set of Pokemon (NOT countin legendary). You see, my cousin was thinkin of battlin me one day, and he'd an idea of choosin one type of pokemon and makin a set. And we'd act as Gym Leaders and Trainers. This is in Emerald. And so.... Here's wat i've got now:

Okay, WHY THE HECK do you have LIGHT BALL on Dragonite and Flygon? Light Ball doubles PIKACHU'S SP.ATTK. If you mean an item that increases the power of Electric-type moves, then use a freakin' magnet. But even a magnet sucks.

Btw, Blissey can TOTALLY destroy this team.

ALSK, you've got to hope that your cousin's one type isn't Ice or Water, because if it is, you're screwed. The Dragon type isn't well-suited to a mono team...

Salamence is a physical attacker; special attacks like Flamethrower and Crunch are wasted on him. Attract is a wasted move slot.

I see what you're trying to do here- giving your team some type coverage with a Sunnybeamer. Not even close to standard, but for your purposes, it's OK. Why on earth do you have a Light Ball on your Flygon? That only works for Pikachu.

If you want a second attacking move with more force behind it than Aerial Ace, pick Double Edge; I'm not a huge fan of this move, but it works with Leftovers.

I see what you're doing here and it's a good idea to have a basic special sweeper on your team since you don't know what your cousin's going to pull out of the hat. You could include Flamethrower, but the only thing that Flamethrower hits that Ice Beam doesn't is Bug. Most Bug types are dual-Flying, so Ice Beam gets them anyway.

I know I'm going to get crucified for suggesting Fly, but if you want more power than Aerial Ace and can't get HP Flying, or if you use this Dragonite in-game, it's useful. By the way, it's very funny to watch people get frustrated at Sub-Punchers if they're not used to countering them. This would be your Blissey counter, or as much of one as you're going to get.

I'm glad you said that this isn't your game team; if it was, I'd have to go with 0mastar's conclusion.

You get Leftovers as a hidden item on (I believe) the ferry; it's on the bottom floor in one of the trash cans. You can also trade Battle Points for it.

I´d suggest you switch for another team... like normal or water or ghost based.
this dragon team will be beaten with a simple pokemon with ice beam.

water is the type with the most variated strategies, so I´d suggest this. ghost is just to surprize your friend. and normal is the same as water.

I like your team purely because it's Dragon. I don't know how strong it is but it's still eye candy for you. If they are your favourites way to go, battle with your favourites, not with the strongest like most people.
