I'm also still baffled that after 10 years of the anime, people still try to argue that Ash's Pikachu is a girl.

What kind of point does this prove? Why do people desperately try to argue for it? Is this supposed to be some sort of feminine view on the series?

Look at DP game and search the "male" symbol, when you try to catch a mimiroll...but it's clearly that Pikachu is male (some people still have doubt...) and mimiroll is female. Look manga's preview spoiler.
