For example: Netherlands - 25th July, Germany - 26 July, UK - 30 July or something like that

They might of got it mixed up with battle revelution which has that exact same release date and that release date is for America.

When they put it on the website, the release date for battle revolution wasn't confirmed yet! So they couldn't have mixed it up
