Noooooooo!!!

Geez, my Emerald got "damaged or corrupt" and the save file got erased. Man, I got so far, my Pokemon got so powerful and I had all the legendaries... the last thing I can do is restart, all I did was battle the E4 and after the THE END I clicked A and it brought the startup screen and it said "The save file has been erased due to corruption or damage." :( I am so mad and I feel like smashing my Game Boy.

No I meant it's like Ruby except it's red for Ruby and green for Emerald.

Thats what happend to my first Pokemon emerald it was a fake i had tarined all my pokemon up to lv 55 and had tarded my pokemon ruby team on to it 6 lv 100 pokemon and once i had completed it (beat the elite4) BAM!! there goes all my hard work!
6 LEVEL 100 POKEMON!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. I feel bad for ya, both of ya. Do you have an AR and a CheatCalc? if yes, restore your progress (after getting a genuine game) with codes.

I never trust fake games, have always bought my games brand new from the store even if I had to pay more. Electronic boutique is where I bought my emerald version as I was able to save some money by trading in some older games I had no further interest in.

Ditto. Believe me, i know what having a fake is like (i had a Fake game of Harry Potter which kept deleting). I never go to KB toys to buy games anymore. I got the game i mentioned above and Pac-Man World with File 3 glitched.

Thats inside of the cart. If you look in the middle you see words. Expert Evan said what the words were.

If it is real you could just send it to Nintendo to get it fixed or replaced. In my Emerald instruction booklet it says there's a 12 month warranty for it. Though I live in Australia so I don't know what the other country's Nintendo company's do. So just check inside the back cover of the instruction booklet and take a look. On rare occasions you can get a dud game that is not made properly in the manufacturing process. So if it is real then a bit of data must of not been programmed right.
It's just a bit of bad luck.

Oh well, I got Latios, I can restart and get Latias, the one I wanted. And I can start with a different starter, experience different stuff. My Blaziken was good, but too vulnerable to attacks... Flying, Water, Ground, Psychic, I'll start with a Mudkip this time. I had 235 BP!!! Battle Tower record was 112!

Wait a second... If that Emerald game was a pirate, it's data would've been erased before you even started your Battle Tower trek... So I have to ask you: Did you use the dreaded GS/AR to get what you meant by "all the legendaries"??? Because if that's what you meant, then you must've got a Bad EGG while trying to get the Celebi portion of the term "all the legendaries", and that's what corrupted your data...
