sub 3 attacks often runs timid to outpace jirachi and other base 90-100's. RP would use modest because it outspeeds all scarfers at +2.

I could maybe help you :D, the best practice I think is to ladder extensively on Pokemon showdown in the wee hours of the morning, works for me o.o

The only non Tornadus-T team I have is Rachi's...and I'm not very good with it. I tend to lose more than win with it.

not bad thanks, on the subject of bo1/3 - for a tournament I find bo1 to be more exciting, as it means that anybody can potentially win, as opposed to the same 2/3 players every time, which after all is the whole point of a KO tourney really.
