This is Angel. She is the main character in my slowly growing fan fiction "Dark Angel". She is a reverse-pokemorph (which means she was human before being slightly transformed). For now she is near enough normal but later a virus will trigger a mutation in her that will leave her more pokemon than human. Angel can use all Articuno attacks and has one unique attack, Water Pulse. (Her wrist shows a charged Water Pulse) Angel is deathly afraid of fire but doesn't let that stop in her dream to crush Team Rocket.

It's good. The hand is drawn pretty well, specially considering the angle. The lightning is a nice touch.
Her lower-body is out of proprtion with her upper-body. You could make her torso a little longer and make her hips wider.

yes i agree with fool's hope the hand is good and Nausicaa the face is a little wierd but with lots of practice you will get really good!
