Your deck happens to be illegal. You're allowed only 4 copies of a card that has the same name, regardless of difference in HP, attacks, etc. You need to drop a few Poochyena and Mightyena. You can have 4 Aqua's Poochyena and 4 Magma's Poochyena, but not more than that of each. Also, You can only have up to four Team Aqua's Energy and/or four Team Magma's Energy so you need to drop two Aqua's Energy.
