Since rules say that two pokemon cannot be put to sleep or frozen, does this mean that Darkrai's attack Dark Hall will not work?

I wish Darkrai wasn't an event pokemon...Brazil will never get close to recieving an event like that one.

Although, we did get Jirachi.

The good thing is that there`s a slight chance events will now happen over Wi-Fi--at least some of them. I live in Peru, so I couldn`t hope to obtain event Pokèmon in any other way, either.
