Hello everyone, I use to trade a lot on here but ended up taking a break for a bit and now that pokemon X/Y are out, I thought it would be a great time to start getting back into trading.

Before I get on with my list and my wants, let me go over a few quick rules.
1. As always, follow Serebii's forums rules.
2. I am busy at times, so I'm sorry if I can't make it on the second you ask for a trade. I will always try to do trades asap and if I feel that I can't get back to you quick enough I'll let you know and when to expect the trade.
3. As with most people, my trading list is small at first but will get bigger as I re-get back into trading. So hold on for a bit if I don't have anything that really interests you.
4. NO doing a trade of Gen 6 for a pokemon in Gen 5. I have well enough pokemon in Gen 5 and don't really like the idea of trading like that. I don't mind waiting until the end of the year or early next year for my pokemon in White, and rather not deal with it until it comes around.
5. I can add more rules here often so keep an eye out.

i have alot of stuff you are asking for but only if you can get me a near perfect timid protean froakie, also accept it level 30 but it has to be timid, have hidden ability and at the least 20+ on all iv´s with 31 on sp attack and speed, attack could be 0 for all i care, let me know if this is doable, with synchronize timid its easy to always get timids, pm me if possible as i cannot be here on this thread
